From start to finish, they were professional, utilized excellent communication, patient with questions, provided quality work, respectful, timely, and needed no micro managing. There was always a knowledgeable contact person on site to manage the crew, that knew our project and was able to answer questions. Rob was able to provide overlapping water coverage and deal with all of our issues in order to meet our specific needs. For instance, we wanted to keep the existing grass as much as possible. When trenching for pipe lines, the crew neatly removed grass and dirt, then replaced, stamped and raked, leaving the lawn intact and in far better than expected condition. Rob clearly explained what he was going to do, kept us updated each day, honored his commitments, completed the job ahead of schedule, and finished with spending additional time explaining the system and answering questions. We will absolutely use SLO Landscaping for any future needs! Gayle and Lindsey Cox

Well, if you want someone to toy with your time, and skip around the subject call this person…read more I called 1 week ago, Tuesday. I was given a voicemail the following morning, telling me there was no need for any contact, fine. That he would drive by and visually decide what the cost would be of that which I asked. I asked for a couple of simple things = cut back the foliage from the street side of my home. And after, depending on the cost how much it would cost to remove 2 plants (one on either side of my driveway). I called him a day later, thinking I would be hearing from him, and didn't want to miss said call. Gave him my email address so he could just shoot me the estimate.. well, no call and no email. No reason, nor excuse. I've seen his vehicle drive by my home for the past 4 years, though I never called. I always took care of things myself. This past year I was recovering from an injury which changed all that. Now I'm playing catch up and thought to keep business 'mom n pops shop type around here. I prefer to support, the smaller companies any time possible. I obviously chose the wrong one. I'd suggest, anyone stopping here, keep it moving. I'm trying to get as much 'outdoor' repair done as soon as possible so this little play on my time is unacceptable. But I'd much rather see this PRIOR to hiring the person and they flake half through the job. I guess, compared to the desert type landscape his only photo's are of, my small job would be too much work. It will include some man power. For the past 4 years, I had wondered if asking for help with some heavier projects would be an option. Now I see I did well with not putting my eggs in this basket.
