The Cucumber Kimchi had a decent kick to it (spice), so beware if you're used to less spicy kimchi. The bonus and probably what sets them apart is their focus on quality ingredients (halal meat with korean food? unheard of!). I'd love to see them add an option for 100% grass fed beef as well.
