She asked a number of questions some of which I couldn't answer (question-what kind of pump? My answer "black"). Not once was I made to feel silly because I didn't know the answers. The appointment was made quickly, I was surprised that it would be the next day. Lou arrived promptly and was easy to speak with. The most impressive thing is that he left the area cleaner than when he arrived! He even cleaned my utility sink (yes, it was in need of it, but...)! I definitely will call again for plumbing needs.
