American Lawn has kept my yard in beautiful shape. This is the 2nd year I'm using them and signed…read moreup for services for 2016 because they did such a wonderful job last year. Their technician is personable and knowledgeable. Services are also competitively priced compared to local competition. I've only had one instance where they lagged with service (due to rain and backlog). A live person answers when you call, they respond to emails typically same day or within 24 hours and service is friendly. Finally, they will recommend extras but I have never felt like they are pushy on this. Just tell them no if you don't want extras. Service carries over AUTOMATICALLY each year so you do have to notify them before the next season starts if you DO NOT want your service continued. You can pay for everything in advance and save a little money; this "perk" is really appreciated! This is one of the main reasons I signed up with them again this year. Finally, the compliments I receive from my neighbors about my lawn is enough reason for me to give American Lawn a fantastic review.

I have used this company in the past for leaf removal. Good work. I am writing today because when…read morethey service my neighbors lawn and yard, they think its "OK" to blow her yard debris into my yard and then not have the basic decency to blow out the part of my yard that they continuously mess up. The end result is leaves that clog up my drainage system and poison ivy taking root when they blow her uprooted poison ivy plants into my yard. I won't be using them for leaf collection in the future if this is how they treat the neighbors of their clients and their (now) former clients.

He did excellent work and took his time making sure I was satisfied in the work he had done before leaving! Will recommend to anyone! He showed up on time and before he started he notified me of his arrival and asked if there was anything specific I needed done that he likes to do things the way the customer asks! He might be a beginner with a few years behind him by the looks of his age but he's excellent with lawn patterns, weed eating around my garden and even pulled weeds around all my flowers by hand and I had a bunch of weeds and he said he did it as a bonus because it just didn't look right after doing the weed eating and he doesn't want it to look a mess. Even offered to do a mulch job so I hired him to do my gardens now so this summer I can show off my yard off with my flowers finally! I'm disabled and he is worth every penny and it worked with my monthly budget. Highly recommended to any senior working on a fixed income. I had to give a tip to even feel right after all the good work this young man did for almost half the price I was charged two years ago so last year I didn't keep up well with the yard but with this man I can finally keep my yard and garden nice!

We attempted to set up a weekly lawn care appointment through a much larger corporate landscaping company, but this company proved to be unreliable and more expensive. The pricing is extremely reasonable, and the team is incredibly efficient. We were so lucky to have found a trustworthy, affordable, responsive, and reliable lawn care team to provide such quality work for us while we lived in Parkville. We recently moved out of their area of service, but I felt it necessary to spread the word about this wonderful small business!
