Biscoffee

This is such a cute dog friendly spot that has a shaded patio and full of repurposed furniture and plants. Staff is friendly and my seasonal iced biscoffee latte was amazing. Bring cash if you can bc there is a 50 cent upcharge for credit cards. Very calm and mellow space to do some work away from home

Very cute venue. I loved all the greenery! I got an iced oatmilk matcha latte - good flavor and smooth. I took off a star for lack of food options - most of their pastry case was sold out when I arrived around 1045 am (Sunday), and the way the buildings surround the seating area, really picked up all the road noises and conversations of guests.

Tucked away in old town, the moment you step in Garden Coffee, it feels like stepping into someone's charming backyard patio. Mismatched colorful chairs, bookshelves with books, lush greeneries everywhere and an adorable collection of succulents. There's even an old piano and espresso machine repurposed as plant holders and metal ironing board repurposed as tables. It's quirky and cozy, totally my vibe. I tried Jess's Favorite (a pistachio latte), which you don't often see on most coffee shops menus. It was excellent -- smooth, balanced, with just the right hint of pistachio, and not too sweet. If I were a local, I'd be here all the time.

What a beautifully designed space! I absolutely loved the vibe and overall atmosphere, it feels cozy and is a great spot to study, work, or meet up with friends. There's plenty of seating available. I ordered a latte, which was good. I also tried a bagel with cilantro cream cheese, which just wasn't for me, probably not the right choice on my part. The staff is incredibly friendly and chatty, and I felt very welcome. I'd definitely come back.

This spot is very cute. You're literally vibing at a kitchen table in a garden patio where you get to pick out your mug. Adorable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. That said, drinks are expensive and the quality is just... fine! This matcha looked pretty but was not that flavorful. Not bad but not outstanding.

Such a cute little gem in the middle of town. Great coffee and food. Will definitely come back.

I think I got the pistachio latte it was good

I have been wanting to come here for a while and I'm so glad I did. It is so cute. I've been going to Old Town for years and never noticed this place. The only thing I don't love is that you pick which mug you want and it's like I don't know give me the biggest one. As they are different sizes. So I do feel that they should have a standard size for the mugs. But other than that the place is great. I don't remember what drink I had as I went a few weeks ago but I remember I liked it it was a nice simple latte. My friend enjoyed hers as well. Parking was easy for us as we went on a weekday morning so there was a bunch of parking. If you were to go on a Saturday afternoon I imagine it would be very difficult to find parking. The prices seemed normal. My friend and I check out a different coffee shop or Cafe and this is one that I recommend. Check out my page if you want to see more recommendations. There are also some little shops like a thrift store and something else in the same little area. But all of Old Town is such a vibe. So do yourself a favor come here in the morning have a nice cup of coffee or a latte and then spend the next few hours in old town. And the workers were very nice.

Ham and cheese burrito and the chia latte

My girlfriend found this spot on Instagram, and at first, I had my doubts. It looked tucked away, and the surrounding area seemed a bit outdated. But once we stepped inside, it was a completely different story. The place was beautiful -- filled with lush plants and soft music that made you feel like you'd stepped out of San Diego and into a peaceful retreat. I ordered the ham and cheese burrito, which was just the right portion -- filling but not too heavy, perfect since we had plans to walk around afterward. I also tried the Congress St. Shaken Espresso, which was perfectly balanced -- not too bitter and not too sweet. My girlfriend couldn't stop talking about her drink all day; she said it was the perfect blend. The staff was amazing -- friendly, attentive, and eager to help us pick drinks that matched our taste. They even took the time to explain a few options that would best suit what we were in the mood for. Overall, this place is an absolute must-visit whenever I'm in Old Town. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!

Discovered this hidden great garden gem while in the San Diego Old Town area. I love the greenery throughout the open deck seating area, nestled under the protection of a very large tree. This wonderful coffee shop has a pet friendly vibe and plenty of weathered wooden seats and tables to kick back and listen to mix of mellow classic rock music. I would prefer a bit more modern seating for comfort, but the garden ambiance throughout the seating area, creates a zen zone of relaxation with craft coffee & backed goods. Clean modern restrooms for customers. Free WiFi seals the deal! Five Fabulous Stars!

Cute little place! Tucked away in the back so a bit harder to find from the street view. It's behind the buildings facing the street. Nice quaint ambiance. Good coffee! I ordered a mocha and had cherry syrup added to it which was really good!

Super cute plate next to Old Town! Came here Saturday at noon and waited ~5 minutes in line and ~15 minute for my drink. They also have a selection of pastries and food items. The space is also a nursery, and they sell branded merch like hats/patches/tote bags. I noticed that for people that weren't taking their drinks to go, their drinks were served in unique mugs which I thought was so charming. I got the raspberry mocha which was the February flavor, and the coffee flavor was strong and balanced well with the sour raspberry and sweet chocolate. Free WiFi, and a good amount of seating for working/chatting. Parking can be kind of tough--ended up being lucky with street parking.

Favorite hidden gem in San Diego! The atmosphere was just amazing, the food and staff were phenomenal. I was looking up places to visit when I traveled out to San Diego, And was so impressed with how beautiful this spot was. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Horrible. Garbage. Coffee tasted like shit. Waste of money. I wish I asked for my refund.
