(surprised myself) ordered a "Buffalo Bleu" salad with fried chicken tenders (coated in house mild Wang sauce), sprinkled with with bleu cheese crumbles, hickory smoked bacon, diced tomatoes, red onion, and drizzled with house ranch dressing. Never have I ever ordered a salad in a bar before. BUT...this was an absolute knockout! The textures, the savory and lightly spicy tenders, oh my, indeed. Almost licked the bowl at the end.
