He is NOT a certified CPA, you can call CPA board and see that CPA board has no jurisdiction over him because he is not a certified CPA 2. He claims to have worked in IRS and have contacts in IRS, which are BOTH lies and illegal 3. Staff is SHADY. There is ONE phone number for everyone and you never know who's handling anything. 4. He has "associates" that are also SHADY; one of his friends will ask for Zelle payment of $1500 to set up your retirement. Can't help but think they are all in it together. 5. There is an IRS complaint form 14157/b that you can file against your tax accountant listing failure to provide proper documentation, false promise of return that you don't get, and improper communication. 6. I went through 18 months of hell with these guys and cost me money, sanity and time. Before you make the same mistake I do; please do your homework and STAY FAR away from these guys.
