Alex and his staff have been our CPA's for many years now after a friend recommended them. Their service is always efficient, accurate and friendly. Whatever questions we have they patiently field and answer with good advice and we always appreciate their guidance. We had a personal business as well as our W-2 jobs and their help made all the filings very simple. They demonstrate lots of experience with any curveballs we have thrown their way. Their processes allow you to securely upload tax documents at your convenience and then one is able to easily handle tax return prepping usually by email or Zoom conferencing as needed. Alex Tong and associates were fast, professional, responsive, attentive, resourceful and overall nice. I was in some trouble with taxes resulting in me owing thousands (and thousands) of dollars to the IRS. In a frenzy, I asked the people at my church if they have any accountants that they recommend, one suggested Alex Tong. I called the office the next day and they had availability for me to come in THAT morning. The appointment only took 20 mins or so. Alex just looked at all of my documents and said something along the lines of "wow this is really messy, but don't worry, we'll take care of it." It felt like the weight of a boulder came off of my shoulders. The next day his associate Delores emailed me to find more information (parents and siblings tax returns). Then it was all of ONE week that they had a packet for me to sign of my amended return resulting in me paying the IRS $147!!!!! (And I owed thousands of THOUSANDS $$$$) This was the first year I filed me taxes independently (not the best idea, given I had no clue what I was doing). I tried to hire them as CPA for my company. I had a meeting with Alex Tong, explained what we needed. He sent me the contract, and I called him to clarify some points. He was very rude and impatient, and then just hung up on me. I can't say if they are good or not doing CPA work, but I can pretty much say that they were terrible at customer services on my​ case. I was about to make a contract with them, and I'm sure I would regret that. read more
