The next day my mattress (king Tempur-pedic) and 3 inch king sized mattress topper (latex) were gone from my home by noon, at a very reasonable price! The price was only five dollars higher than every other place I got a quote from and Rolin was able to schedule almost immediately, unlike the other company that offered $5 less. I will use Jack Rabbit Junk Removal and Rolin again! Highly recommend! Thank you Rolin!

I got about eight quotes for a small job - hauling away a set of queen mattresses, a large tree and…read morea small desk. Prices were all over the place, but one quote was LITERALLY (meaning actually, in reality, not figuratively, not Chris Traeger literally, but mathematically literally) TEN times more than Angel's quote! There were a few that were kinda reasonable, but none as low, no bid I wanted to accept. I don't fault most of the other companies - they probably have larger rigs and do generally bigger work? But that's not what I needed. I just needed good quick communication, a timely arrival, and to get this very small job done. I got all of that. Indeed, we were texting at 10 or 11pm, and he was willing to come the very next morning! That's incredible customer service. It was a bit hard to believe how fast & easy & affordable it would be....I thought he might be sketchy, or might show up only to upsell me or go back on his word. He wasn't and he didn't. I want to say choosing this company is a no-brainer, but I don't want to insult anybody who might make a different decision. But...why would you?

They consistently do a good job in under 2 hours. Although I may get a new team every other time, they apparently have standards to be met every time because I have no issues. Their charges seem to be fair, as I've asked around and they are in line. If anyone asks, I give their info out because I trust them.

I messaged via Yelp (which he was previously responsive through), called his cell, texted ...NOTHING. Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.

Updated: Not sure…read morewhat happened here but I'm taking a 5 star review down to 3. The quality of work was good and I felt like we paid a more than fair price, but when we asked Lavern to come back he scheduled time and missed appointments again and again and now just doesn't reply, so I guess I have to move on to another service that will show up and return calls. 3 stars because if you get them they'll do good work, but not returning messages and no shows are almost as bad as not doing the work at all. We've had our fun with contractors and various people but we are very happy with the work Lavern and Antonio completed yesterday. I had a laundry list that I was given a fair quote for, and as things go, by the time they got here the how and what had changed a little bit but Lavern and Antonio knocked it all out. Here's what you get with these guys: Communicate effectively Show up on time Do awesome, professional work Fast but not sloppy They can match paint and get your materials Wide skill set Deliver the best outcome - not always the easiest Clean up workspace Work hard, all day and get the job done in one day Flexible and respectful to happenings like work from home, babies, etc. Payment options online, quick and easy. Friendly service, honestly, you feel like they really care about the outcome. Use these guys - they've been the best we've seen in contractors/handymen in a long, long, looooong time. We will use them again!

Details: I set up an initial consultation appointment for the afternoon with this company to do some backyard deconstruction work. The day they were supposed to come, I got a call asking if they could come earlier, within 20 minutes of the call because, in his words, "that would be more convenient for them." I said, "Please wear a mask while on the property." The contractor responded with, "Okay." I tried to be flexible, moved my schedule around, and began waiting. No one showed up after 40 minutes. I called again, and this time the contractor said that he wasn't coming because his company didn't require employees to wear a mask, and they didn't want to take the contract as a result. He never called me to inform me of this change after he spoke to his company. I had to call him after waiting for 40 minutes for him to show up. He never apologized. Also, we're still in a pandemic. If someone asks you to take precautions while you're on their property, you be a decent person and do that. He would have just ghosted me after I moved things around upon his request. Conclusion: Clearly, this company is unprofessional- they don't respect a potential client's time or health. The company said, "I should look elsewhere." Yeah, duh- why would I give them my money?

Let's judge them by their own mission statement: They are not "friendly" - they're rude and inconsiderate If their goal is really to "make your experience the best it can be", then they should probably listen to their client's needs and do what they promised. They "pride" themselves on "punctuality" and "amazing" customer satisfaction. "Punctuality" must mean something different to them, like not showing up. And, well you can probably guess what I think of the "amazing customer satisfaction" that they supposedly provide.
