After the X-rays were taken and a tiny chip filled (all this due to an assault on me) she said she changed her mind, she wanted cash. I called Medicare and they said they def would cover the work. I even provided photos and police report to the dental office. So Dr Bonura refused my insurance after the fact, and is trying to have me served to pay. Harassing me for something she was responsible for. I called Medicare and reported her. They are sending a complaint letter to her. If she does not cease and desist I will take this report to the NM STATE DENTAL BOARD along with social media. An extremely dishonest and unethical dental institution. All the other people involved in my assault were paid but this dentist has decided to harass me through no fault of my own. Do not trust this dental practice

I was recently fired as a patient from HMS Tu Cass without any medication or time to find a new…read moreprovider. The provider from whom I was abruptly "let go" from is referred to by the staff at Tu Casa as Dr. Omega. He is NOT a doctor, he is a Nurse Practitioner with too much power and he is, in my experience, a complete bully. When I asked him if he was a Doctor he replied "this is not important" and that it "doesn't matter". I was fired on the day of my appointment to get my medication refills. I was fired without the 30 days notice, time for me to find a new provider. The way in which I was fired was uncalled for and it was WRONG. I was "let go" for 2 reasons. Reason #1) "because I was 15 minutes late." I was indeed running late and I spoke to Marina when I called to tell them that I was running 10-15 minutes late. I even asked her if I should reschedule (even though I was out of my medication). She paused for longer than a moment and finally said it was fine, and to come on in to my appointment with Omega. Reason #2) They told me that I missed an appointment with Consuelo, a "Substance Abuse Counselor" at Tu Casa whom I've met briefly only ONCE since I began as a patient of Mr. Omega, and the months that I was his patient I NEVER was made aware of, nor spoken to about any appointments with the counselor, in fact it was me who asked the staff at the front desk more than once about it because I wanted to speak with a counselor about the awful treatment I was receiving from Omega. The manner in which I was fired from Tu Casa as their patient was just unprofessional, immoral, inhumane as well as (it turns out, "possibly illegal")and largely unjustified. I have suffered GREATLY because of this decision that, I believe was not well...thought our. I was led by a staff member down a hall to a separate room where another staff member stood, and a man that I had never seen before in black suit attire sat with his arms folded and a frown on his face. He was silent throughout their "firing process" in a room, alone, with 3 people. I have endured unfair treatment in my years but nothing comparable to the way I was fired from HMS Tu Casa. If anyone would like to leave a review with their own experience with Omega and staff, please, do not be afraid. You, just like myself have the right to share your story weather it be positive or negative.

But and most pertinent to this review; her staff people are great; she, the OD has the bedside manner of a reptile, snapped at me for making a little joke or two and said I was wasting her time. Not nice. Out of the two times I saw here she didn't smile once and I'm thinking, as an arm chair psychologist, she needs to retire. Silver City, go to Las Cruses, most people do for medical services. Not a nice woman.

I am a patient at HMS. My mother spoke with the folks at HMS in search of psychiatric care as well…read moreas their subutex maintenance program for me for my past battles with substance abuse. I've been clean for 5 years. I don't even drink alcohol! Am I a bad person for needing both psychiatric care as well as addiction maintenance? Because today my mother called them (I'm sick since I've been seeing a nurse Practitioner, Mr. Omega. He completely changed my psychiatric medication without even getting a full evaluation), and handed me the phone. The woman on the other end said these exact words "so, you want suboxone, right? No...No!!!! I called because you folks at HMS have nearly destroyed my entire life. I call and leave messages for Nicole and she does not call me back. This is the kind of place that seems to employe ignorant and unfriendly, uninviting and condescending people who will treat you like pathetic junkie. I asked Nurse Practitioner Omega if he was actually a doctor (everyone calls him "Dr. Omega") , I figured he was an actual Doctor since he took some of my medications away completely. When I did ask him what kind of medical proffessional he was, he told me that it's NOT IMPORTANT and NONE of my concern!! I'm a proffessional, grown woman who has not touched substances FOR 5 YEARS!! Today the woman I spoke with, the one who asked "you want suboxone, right?" Hung up on me, why?? Because I finally, FINALLY WAS ANGRYYYY! I did absolutely raise my voice because she would not stop talking about how there is a waiting list for the maintenance program...Uhhh IM ALREADY A PATIENT!!?? Do they just assume that I'm some random dope fiend? I'm honestly not sure... I am sick. I am unable to work due to these extreeeeme changes in my psychiatric medication. I moved to Silver City, New Mexico under the impression that HMS offers psychiatric and dependance care because my mother was assured that they offered the care that I require. I am living an absolute nightmare! I am kind. I have been so kind to these people. I've left messages in tears begging for help. Nurse Practitioner Omega decided that he would no longer be my provider and that he was "putting in a referral for a new provider". Nobody has called me about this. I'm now being just...left hanging. I've had to cut my pills into quarters and suffer through insane withdrawal. So bad that I've gone to the hospital twice! But...HMS....forgot that I am their patient... The young woman who hung up on me today should have shut her mouth while I spoke. She should have listened to me from the beginning of the conversation as opposed to speaking over me louder and louder until I HAD ENOUGH! My entire world has been flipped upside down. Just writing this is extremely difficult because, they chose to mess with my medication and leave me hanging with nothing. Nothing at all. I was becoming increasingly concerned about Mr. Omega, the way he speaks to me like I'm worthless. So? I began to video record our sessions. If these people dont wake up and help me. They will be facing a huge HUGE lawsuit! I've had enough and I DEMAND to be treated in a humane manner. Today my mom called them for me to see what the heck is going on. She was told that Erin would call me. No call... so I called them, and the woman I spoke with said that Erin isn't even there today!!! So yeah. These people have too much power and they are capable of destroying lives. Absolutely. This will not continue as long as I'm around. Nope! If they want to go this low, fine. Bring it! I'm not putting up with HMS's incompetence. Updated from day after posting review: They still didn't call. I called and left a message for...Erin (it's hard to keep up with all of the names of people who I've spoken to) She actually called me back! At first I was relieved to hear her voice because she's been kind to me. She has. But, today she said that I was the one to request a new provider. No! Incorrect! Mr Omega told me without me saying a word about it "I'm going to put a referral for a new provider for you". I has complained about NP Omega to the staff. I've been there sobbing my eyes out, they looked at me and then went back to their...jobs. My mother filed a complaint on my behalf a while back. She did request that I get a new provider.
