After the X-rays were taken and a tiny chip filled (all this due to an assault on me) she said she changed her mind, she wanted cash. I called Medicare and they said they def would cover the work. I even provided photos and police report to the dental office. So Dr Bonura refused my insurance after the fact, and is trying to have me served to pay. Harassing me for something she was responsible for. I called Medicare and reported her. They are sending a complaint letter to her. If she does not cease and desist I will take this report to the NM STATE DENTAL BOARD along with social media. An extremely dishonest and unethical dental institution. All the other people involved in my assault were paid but this dentist has decided to harass me through no fault of my own. Do not trust this dental practice

Ended up needing two crowns. I expected to get a temporary crown and have to return in two weeks for a permanent crown - Not with Dr Sherman - the office has lab machinery in house that creates a custom crown in about 30 minutes. End result was two perfectly fitted crowns - from this single appointment. Pain gone! Truly modern dentistry, bravo! Dr Sherman and his staff (thanks Tim) where very caring and gentle. Everything was clearly explained as the procedure went along. I never felt like I was being talked down to, or treated as anything less than the most important patient of the day.
