And then it kept getting better from there - Bloody Mary oyster shooter, salmon sashimi with citrus, soy and sesame (a standout) pork belly, lamb wrapped in what can only be described as two leaves that resembled the taste of black pepper and mint (unreal!), razorneck clams in a yuzu broth with grilled bread, soft shell crab sliders with horseradish on bao, and grilled pork with papaya salad and coconut rice (perfection!).
