Not very nice shoes in my opinion - they look cheap and tacky. Occasionally you can find a decent pair in there, so is worth checking if your nearby! The bonus is that the shoes are very cheap - anywhere between £10 - £30. read more

Some of the staff I find are lovely women but others I have been disgusted at the way they look down their nose at you, especially some managers! Not very encouraging for the company! There are plenty of fashions available for all ages both male and female as well as a good home department which sells furniture. I do have a few clothes from there that have lasted me a while. This store is very big, it has mens, childrens, womens, accessories and then towels and bed stuff. I don't like it because no matter what time of day you go in, it's busy and messy. I can cope with it, but it's so crammed that it's really hard to find anything in there. The queues are always long and the staff aren't always that polite because they're so rushed off their feet that they just try and get you to hurry up and be on your way. In the more positive side of things, it's good for a bargain, I like it for cheap clothes that I don't mind wrecking and I like it for plain socks and tshirts to wear under things.

The clothes aren't always great quality but you get what you pay for - cheap and shoddy clothes! (That's because they're made in sweat shops by children) The store often looks a disordered mess with clothes on the floor and in the wrong place, especially the underwear section as most of the knickers are just arranged on tables. Overall, I avoid this shop as much as possible and only go there as a last resort.

As you'd guess by the name it pretty much only sells shoes, but they are all highly fashionable shoes with the latest designs in. They also do baby sized shoes (the little baby uggs are so cute!) and I've never have them not have my side. The staff are really polite and helpful, always ready to assist you. It's not a very busy shop but it's nice. The prices though are very high!

They also sell bags, sports bags, a bit of jewellery, and the occasional accessory like fancy scarves.

I bought some sandals for my wife online for Christmas. I bought them in…read more October. On Christmas day she tried them on and they didn't fit. I immediately e-mailed on Christmas day to ask about an exchange but decided to order another pair so as to not miss out. I had no response to my original e-mail so I rang them today and was told that it was out of the fourteen day returns period and out of the 'extended Christmas period'. What am I supposed to do, get my wife to try them before Christmas ?? I would even have accepted a credit note in return but was told there was nothing I can do, I will not be using this store again and advise people buying gifts not to do so either!!! Since I wrote this review they have agreed to refund the money. The original service was excellent and had it not been for the initial problem we had, I would've awarded more stars. I've increased the star rating in recognition of them bending their rules to provide a good level of customer service. We will use them again.
