After seeing the excellent reviews for Garage Kings, I was excited to have them complete my garage. Mid August, I contacted them to come to my home for an estimate. The appointment was set for August 20th between 8:40am-9am. That morning at 8:20 I received a text that said they "didn't think they were going to make the appointment due to the flu". I responded "ok". Today is September 5 and I still haven't heard back from them to reschedule. I don't know how a business can survive when customers are treated so indifferently! read more

Garage Kings made my garage floor look simply amazing in just 4 hours. It's been a project I've been wanting to do since I moved into my house, I just needed to find the right time. I contacted Garage Kings and Robert came over the next day to come do an onsite quote. He was great, honest and very easy to work with. I received the official quote within a matter of hours and had a date scheduled the same day. They had a ton of good scheduling options - I had to delay it a few weeks until I was back from a trip. They arrived on time (7:30am sharp!) and were done and cleaned up by 12pm. They had a great crew of guys who performed high quality work and were a pleasure to speak to. I am VERY happy with the result. They did such a fantastic job and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their garage flooring. Will be sharing their info with several neighbors and friends. Garage Kings made the process super quick and efficient and the end result was spectacular! Thanks so much! read more

Each step along the way was great. From the start of me reaching out to them, to their patience and information provided through calls and emails totally professional. The salesman came to my house in time and explain their product thoroughly. Same day Sales and service was unheard of but was great for me. The service team was two professional guys that completed the job ahead of schedule and cleaned up also. The price and service was a great value for me. To have a salesman present their product in the a.m. and the service team to install that product in the p.m., priceless. Thanks Garage Kings. read more

I had done a bunch of research prior and chose Garage Kings initially for 2 big reasons : they diamond grind the floor to prep (ensures a proper bonding surface) and the price was much better than others in the area. The estimate visit was a testament to the level of detail these guys go to. Robert came by to measure moisture levels across various spots on the floor and educated us how that affects the product. He provided us a sample of colors and we were lucky to have him build a sample for a new color. The biggest challenge in our garage was a wood concrete expansion joint. I knew this isn't a great bonding surface and it would affect the 21 year warranty they provide. Robert and I bounced some ideas around and he went the extra distance to find new products to use which he could stand by and produce wonderful results. I appreciated his comittment to making my garage look spectacular. On day of the job, they arrived promptly and finished the job in approx 5 hours. Big difference I noticed with the stuff at the big box store: they put more product on. Base coat and flakes. I don't think I could have done a better job if I did it myself. EVER ! We had a slight curing issue that Robert quickly resolved by coming back and apply an additional clear coat. Cured perfectly AND makes the floor extra solid. Overall these guys love what they do and their work shows! If you want a quality flooring job, you need to reach out to Garage Kings! read more

Robert, Mike and their crew were great to work with. Excellent communication around scheduling, quoting and making the appointment. During the initial visit when Rob came to assess the garage for quoting he walked me through the process, my options, and popular finishes. Was always respectful of my time showing up in a timely manner and getting the job done very efficiently. I can tell he really cares for the finish quality as he came back the next day to assess the work and buff out spots as needed. He helped me move the heavy objects out of the garage and even came back a few days later to help me move them back in once the floor was dry. Most importantly the end result looks beautiful - the garage floor really shines! Would recommend Garage Kings to anyone looking to redo their flooring. read more

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the folks at "Garage Kings" for the beyond amazing job they did at my home. I spoke with "Mike" on the phone to gather information and pricing. His customer service was "top shelf." Approximately two weeks ago Robert and Cisco came out to my home to apply their product to my toolshed floor. They arrived on-time and ready to work. They were extremely neat and clean at every step of the process. I felt very comfortable having them at my home. It felt as if they were family members at my home. After a plumber assisted in flooding our garage with grey water I was involuntarily pushed into the project manager role. I had vinyl flooring down and the grey water went underneath that and necessitated it all to be ripped out. I decided to go with putting an epoxy type material down for the ease of cleaning and so I would not have to go through this again in 8 years when a plumber breaks a pipe again. Reasearched garage floor installers and came across 100's of five star reviews for Garage Kings. They came out gave a quote, showed up early due to cancelling a conference they were going to attend and went to work. In one day they ground off the old epoxy, fixed the cracks, and applied their new flake type epoxy material. You could eat off the new floor. It looks great. Communication was phenominal and no surprises. Wited a few days for it to harden and started moving stuff back in. Everyone that see's it is amazed how good it looks. The garage looks like it's a new house versus a 45 year old house!! Thank You Garage Kings - Six Stars !!! read more

Don't waste your money. Garage Kings installed my garage floor approximately 2 1/2 years ago. All while bragging about their 30-year guarantee. 1 year later my floor began to bubble, crack and peel. The Garage Kings did a garage floor for us in a house we were putting on the market. Wow! It was great! A nice garage is the trend now so it was important to us to fix ours up. The existing floor had cracks and some rough areas. The Kings applied the epoxy perfectly. It covered up all the 'blemishes' like they were never there. We had the tiny flecks put in the epoxy, which looks very classy. The house sold the day it went on the market. And not only that, they were great people to work with. Win Win!! read more

I messaged several epoxy businesses through Yelp. Garage Kings were quick to reply. Instead of having them come out and wasting their time and mine, I asked for a rough estimate through Yelp to see if I would follow through with this project. After sending photos and measurements, I was given the estimate, which was very competitive when compared to other businesses. I decided to go through with the project and we met in person for a no obligation quote. The first rough estimate was very accurate when given the actual quote. They presented a great selection of epoxy examples and we ultimately picked "Gravel". We set an appointment and they arrived on time on the date we had selected. It only took 1 day to complete the job and the garage looked phenomenal! I could not believe it was the same garage from a day prior. The attention to detail was impressive. They did a great job with the side walls and got into every nook and cranny. Another incentive when choosing Garage Kings was their 21 year warranty. They have their competition beat. I would definitely recommend Garage Kings to anyone thinking about epoxy flooring. read more

Robert showed up wearing a mask and kept social distance as we discussed what is involved in resurfacing my garage floor. He was polite and friendly to both myself and my wife. He stepped through the various stages involved in resufing my garage floor in sufficient detailed, and simplified the technical aspects of the process involved. Robert made a point of explaining how Garage Kings process was differnt in one key aspect than other shops as it related to dry time, and how this element allowed Garage Kings to complete the task in one day.Theycovered my paver driveway, and the area where they staged their equipment to make sure material made contac. They completely cleaned up before they left my project. My wife and I are very satisfied the process and final product.
