Stay away this company is Horrible! They use cheap products. I would have gave them a zero if it was possible. I had my floor done about 4 years ago and it is turning YELLOW and has cracks and chips all over. I called the owner Roberto he tried to hide from me but finally called me back after one week. I ask him about the lifetime warranty, and he said it was limited and it would not cover. I tried to work another deal with Roberto to redo the floor and he quoted me $5500.00. I told him he only charged me 2700.00 four years ago. He told me you could not buy a hot dog 4 years ago for the same price you can buy today! Hired these guys to install epoxy flooring in my garage at the recommendation of another contractor I used for general renovation work. I was most impressed by the owner calling me to follow up. I was deciding between multiple companies and quotes, and he called me to check in and actually addressed some of my concerns and questions. I felt like he actually wanted to earn my business, unlike some of the other companies I talked to. The workers were polite, efficient, and professional. They helped move some of my appliances out of the garage before starting (although they could've been more careful as not to scuff my flooring). i called few weeks ago to get a quote for a driveway and a patio in epoxy i sent the lady at the office pictures and info she was supposed to call back and send a guy out but never did.i think 4 days later i called back and then a guy said he would try and come out soon and would give me a call, he started to explain stuff like his schedule he would call me first thing the next morning. well he calls after 11 am and and i said when can you come out then he starts in by saying his whole daily schedule and breaks his day down i told him i dont care about your whole day just tell me what time you can be here , then he gets all puffy and i get all puffy he says i dont need your business and hangs up. well these are good people you have working for you and if they are owners then they are also in the wrong business. my good contractor friends told me about your place they are happy with you so i gave you a call, everyone there must not need my business the way i was treated from the 1st time i called she was nice but the fact i had to call back 4 days later is unacceptable. this company is a joke i sent this to them as well no response yet! bill oxner read more

Except he and 2 other men used force to lift up my electric garage door because he did not want it to touch the new floor, and broke the device that rolls the door up and down.
