Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

Initially I thought it was a robot responding to solidify a time for that evening, I did not believe it so I called the phone number. He immediately answered and we talked through the problem and he confirmed he is available to go diagnose / fix the problem. Time frame: I called him at 7:25pm , he arrived to the property at 8:30pm, he called me that he completed the job at 9:30pm, he sent the invoice and I made the payment easy online! I highly recommend him! The value of the price I think was very fair, for being something so last minute I was worried it would break the bank but I felt that it was a reasonable amount and he took care of it as if it was his own home. I am still in disbelief how quick the service was, how great Oscar was and how easy the experience is. Unfortunately the grill doesn't fit the cabinet, it's too big and sticks out in the front of the cabinet. When I complained about this to Hose, his response was that he didn't install the grill and cabinet therefore it was my problem. His lack of product knowledge and lack of customer service is shocking and I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company at all. I spent a lot of money on this set up and relied heavily upon Jose's recommendations for my outdoor kitchen and the fact that it turned out terribly is his fault. Stay away from this company!
