I first hired Thomas from Alphonse Overhead Door in June 2019 to replace the bottom seals on three…read moregarage doors, and I was extremely impressed with how quickly he responded and how thorough he was. He even caught an issue with a small shed door that had been letting in water for years. He recognized the problem right away, made the proper adjustments, and explained everything clearly. The work was done efficiently, and the quality stood out. In December 2022, I needed all three of my garage door openers upgraded, and I didn't hesitate to call Thomas again. He installed new LiftMaster units, and the difference has been incredible. The openers are quiet, smooth, reliable, and far more modern than the old systems they replaced. Once again, he handled everything professionally, tested all the features, cleaned up afterwards, and made sure I understood how everything worked. What I appreciate most is that the level of service has remained consistently excellent over the years. Thomas takes pride in his work, shows up when he says he will, charges fair prices, and treats your home with respect. It's rare to find someone who maintains this level of quality across multiple visits. If you're in the Merrimack Valley, the Seacoast area, or anywhere in Essex County, Thomas is absolutely worth calling for anything related to garage doors, repairs, or opener installation. I've referred many people to him and will continue to do so. He's a reliable professional you can trust.

My sales rep (Marc) came out to our home and measured everything and made some nice recommendations about Raynor products that would compliment our home. Working with Marc we chose the Rock Creeke doors. We also had an old door that came off the track and the Raynor service team came out and repaired that door at no cost, if we purchased new doors which we did. We ordered the doors in the winter and Raynor agreed to store them for us so we could hold off on the install until the Spring - they are so flexible when it comes to working with the needs of their customers. The speed and efficiency of the install team was top notch. They showed up 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and finished the install of two new doors and openers in about three hours. After the install they went over all the operation and answered all of our questions. There was no debris or even any dust left behind and they disposed of the old doors and hardware. I really love the Raynor belt driven openers and powder coated tracks. Everything is so smooth and quiet compared to my old set up. Raynor is highly recommended from me. John and Chris were pros throughout the install - they covered everything from A to Z. You can do your own research about the high quality of Raynor doors but beyond that, the entire team at Raynor Door Authority is amazing to work with.
