My career has been Customer Service in the airline and hospitality industries when customer service still existed and enforced. I am very particular on my experiences and the service received from my vendors. Jeff and his team are excellent! It is their policy to respond to a call the same day and they have done so every time I have called them. One technician showed up at 7p.m. after he completed all his other appointments and fixed the issue (my call was late in the afternoon) that I had placed. Over the years, they have replaced my springs twice. I called and they replaced my garage door opener system when the one bought with the house gave out. Everyone I met answered my questions, took the time to educate me on how to do maintenance on the springs and how to read and work with the garage door opener. They are efficient, patient, prompt, and professional. Jeff came out on the last visit and replaced the springs a couple of hours after my call even though he was preparing to leave on vacation. The prices are reasonable, the service is excellent and I highly recommend Jeff and his team for any repairs of the garage door system.

Our garage door opener has been out of service for a number of years because of a part that broke down after years of usage. I had another garage door company come out and I was told due to the age of my garage door opener that it was no longer being made, therefore, the broken part no longer available. I abandoned this project and just opened my garage door manually. Recently, I decided to re-address the situation. This is where ASAP comes into play. The company sent out technician Nathan. Explained the situation above to Nathan and considered just getting a new garage door opener installed. Nathan gave me pricing and options if we went the route of getting a new door opener. He also took a look at the unit and stated that the part I described is actually still being made and available. With that, he also gave me the price if I just wanted the existing opener to be repaired. After weighing out the pros and cons, I decided to have the unit repaired versus getting a new one. Nathan went to work immediately and was extremely professional and explained some of the steps he was performing. After he was finished, he also recommended some maintenance procedures to keep the entire system in tip top shape. The job outcome exceeded my expectations and was very appreciative of the honest demeanor that Nathan conveyed. I highly recommend ASAP to every homeowner out there who will experience some sort of garage repair situation. I'd like to personally thank Nathan on this platform for his humble, knowledgeable, subject matter expert, and professional demeanor.
