Wow! Talk about lack of customer service. Originally I reach out to them as they are my builder's…read morepreferred vendor. I unfortunately damaged my garage door panels and I needed them to be replaced. I reached out to them for a quote and I did send them pictures. They mentioned to replace the two panels it would cost $750. I agree to this and after scheduling the install they replaced them. Well to my surprised I had two discolored panels. I called them to clarify this and they said it was standard to have them white. I can understand how this is standard for the builder but as an individual consumer I had no idea they needed to be painted. As it is, I already thought it was quite expensive. They said that in 20 years this has never been an issue. I am blown away that their lack of communication about a simple aspect was not mentioned nor did they attempt to correct this. I will add, the garage door opener motor that was installed by them was quite loud. They were charging me $250 for a (New) replacement installation. Lowe's was only charging me $139. Due to their lack of transparency on their job, I will NOT recommend them.

Brought a ignition blank in over a year ago for a 1980's era car. The guy did a great job and knew…read moreexactly where the other key maker had messed up. Outstanding! No problems and worked how it should in all locks on the car. Brought in the exact same blank bought from the exact same supplier bought at the exact same time and this go round it was messed up beyond all measure. A complete and total screw up. The keys look no where near the same and didn't work. Obvious from a mile away. Returned the next day and first thing out of their mouths were "We cannot guarantee keys bought from somewhere else will work and these keys are different." I assure you they are not they were exactly the same. I have a masters in sculpting and bachelors in painting and drawing. I know how to look at objects and manipulate them in space. And when they couldn't get them to work I was told, "You need to change all your locks and ignition switch replaced because it's an old car. And that's going to be expensive if you can find someone to do it'." I guess they thought I am some sort of idiot. Because the first part f this review paints a much different level of responsibility and craft. I did receive my $3 it cost to have the keys made out of the pocket of the original man who made the key and not from the guy throwing smoke in may face with the above comments. And I am out $20 for the cost of the car branded blank. And to add to that I brought in a small lock core to be keyed and was given back a super slender key and told this might break off and guess what? It did and it's still stuck in the lock. Seventeen more dollars of bad key making. They asked what they could do for me and they offered a new non-branded blank but at that point and I was so pissed I just left because I needed to vacate that train wreck. Sometimes it's best to walk away fast and definitely never return . . . ever.

I was ready to sell our home and go live in a cave when we got to replacing our hail damaged garage door. I cannot say enough about Overhead Door Corporation and particularly Overhead Door of Fort Worth. First and most important, is the clear understanding you get from their website, including PRICING! Raise your hand everyone who had an overly aggressive salesperson who won't give you a price, or show any kind of pricing guide, and you almost have to call the police to get them out of your home? Not with Overhead Door of Fort Worth, there is a price for average sized doors on their site. So, you can at least guesstimate up front whether you can afford a door right now or not. And they will give you a free estimate. Dealing with Charles Ford, and Gary Tollett, Service Manager and the people at Overhead Door of Fort Worth was delightful. They know their business and have heard it all. We not only got a garage door, but a bunch of features we didn't even know were available in garage doors, like motion sensor light. The install was a delight. Our installer, Erisney and his partner, were friendly, polite and fast. Not only did they do a great job, but they totally cleaned up behind themselves. This is important because a screw in your tire can ruin your new garage door joy. I really can't recommend this company and their product enough. Now that our faith in mankind has been restored, we can start on the inside of the house.
