I called because there was bending after 1 month on the railings again son came out.. The garage door has windows and the struts were installed visibly blocking window again I called and was told by Derek that that was only option for installing ( which was lie) door finally came off track after 2 months. Derek said my husband probably did it... called home warranty company to replace garage door opener and upon inspection it was pointed out all of the errors of my garage door installation... the railings were not even , brackets on bottom where garage closes was not installed, rails were upside down.. where there should have been 4 screws only 2 was used to secure brackets at top... on the single door insulation there were no stuts installed at all!!... I had to hire another garage door company to correct what Calhouns didn't do ...when I called Derek he was very defensive and belligerent.. and blamed the other company of just trying to make money... accountability and professionalism are definitely out the door with this company!!!!!
