The first person they wanted to send cancelled the morning of the scheduled day. They let me know and had good communication and sent me a second person. The second person was an hour late. When they arrived, because they spoke reasonable English (or so it seemed), I tried to give them an overview of the project. Apparently they didn't understand English as well as I thought because they assumed they were installing the lights vs just being my second pair of hands. Instead of asking a question or raising a concern, they acted like everything was fine and said they were going to their truck to get tools...and then they just took off and never came back. 20 minutes later I got a call from the Dayworker center asking why I wanted the individual to install lights and that they weren't an electrician. Over-all just a terrible experience. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them.
