Now try to imagine an old 68 year old guy who is not a slave to fashion; never have been, never will. But my first impression was that this is a high quality, upscale store. The women's clothes just exuded very nice style and quality. I proceeded to walk to the back and complemented the associate on the displays, the style and the amazing prices! I told my wife and daughter to come back to look at the inventory. My wife picked up a nice sweater which had a $68 tag on it. The sign at the table said $25. She asked the very attentive saleswoman if that meant $68 with $25 off. The answer was no. It was $25! I said buy 2, or 3! We walked out with bags of gorgeous clothes for $174. So I am telling you guys, take her to Cotton Company! You'll both be happy! PS. Then go a few feet away to the Cupcake Factory! Mmmmmmmm.

The staff and customers were struggling with the heat. Apparently the mall knows this. It's been a problem before. They have a mobile ac unit but it really doesn't cool the whole store. The two employees and myself were standing next to it to get some relief. This store always has dressing room fans but they didn't help today, just blew around hot air, I would have shopped longer to try on items had it not been so hot. The mall is legitimately dying out. There were so few people shopping . Poor HVAC is not going to encourage more people to shop instore.

I walked in feeling very much like Captain Caveman and out of place. Seriously, I almost pointed at something and went "Unga Bunga, me want that" Luckily the sales associate Jay took pity on this poor unfortunate soul. She walked me through the shopping process while being helpful, polite, and hilarious. I really can't remember the last time I laughed that much. Praise her, raise her, bask in her glory!!!! Along with Jay, I don't want to forget about Sam. While not my sales associate she was right there helping and going above and beyond. So much so that she was able to advise me on the best place to get a tattoo (booked my trip up to New Hope tomorrow) If these ladies are the example of what Torrid associates are like, I will make it my business to shop there a lot more often in the future.

This is a girls only club. ;) Perhaps you can shop for your wife, girl friend, sister, daughter, etc., though :) Clothing selection is fantastic. I've gotten several skirts and tops and dresses here. Brands such as Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor the Loft, Lord and Taylor, J-Crew, Banana Republic, etc. Prices are unbeatable. I've gotten tops from 10 to 12 dollars and skirts from 10 to 20... all which you would find in the Loft for hmm 60 to 80 dollars. The price difference is unbelievable. The thing about consignment shops is DO NOT let the fact that this is used clothing prevent you from browsing. Most of the clothes look like they have never been worn. I get the feeling that many people purchase items, don't like them, never wear them, and in return off to the consignment shop to resell.... and in return people like me get them at great prices and look all fancy! tee hee! They have dressing rooms in the back. Nice and roomy. No one is pressuring you to hurry it up, so to speak. All unwanted items are placed neatly on the wrack outside... I never walk into a dressing room with clothes piled all over the floor. Dresses, skirts, tops, pants, are all organized in each isle, by size. Don't miss the clearance wrack!!!! Shoes and purses are also sold here! HUGE shoe selection... I haven't browsed it yet... next time! My only reason for 4, not 5 stars, is two things. One, the store is a bit small. It is located in downtown Lambertville, so the space isn't something that you can really blame Greene Street for. Also, if you are a larger person, it will be hard to find your size or anything at all. Most of the clothing range from XS to L, but even the large seems to be a medium. My mom isn't a very big woman but she has never found anything here. You really need to hunt for the larger sizes if they exist. Luckily, I'm short and I wear sizes from extra small, to small, and from 2-4. I'd say, if you are a size 0 to 8, you will definitely find some nice clothing here. The owners/staff are friendly, but not overwhelming friendly. That's also a meh. I have a favorite consignment shop closer to where I live and the owners are just fantastic. Don't get me wrong, the staff here is friendly. They just aren't warm and fuzzy. Overall, though, for a shopper such as myself, you can't beat the price for the quality of clothing. They earn 4 stars because that meet my needs and my wardrobe from this store is growing and LASTS! Quality. I've gotten so many compliments on skirts and stops from this place, too. Very bad service, terrible attitude... Yesterday I visited…read morethe Lambertville store with four friends, some of us have done consignment before. I carried several bags, including two garment bags filled with clothing items on hangers. Incredibly, from the very first, I was shut down by the clerk at the counter. As I'm literally beginning to speak, she interrupts: "We don't take items with hangers". I was so confused: hangers are removable, are they not?? It seemed obvious that I wasn't looking to sell the *hangers*, the clothing was simply being carried on them, as people who take care of their clothes, dry clean them usually do. Long lecture about hangers follows. .Turns out, she wants me to remove the hangers before even looking at the items! What?? Finally, somehow, she concedes that she will take a look. Lucky me. **Before I even open the bag**, she snaps "we do NOT take formal clothing". She had no idea what was in there. She snaps "NO" at every item, apparently very pleased with herself. I didn't even bother with the second garment bag, there were some business suits (not formal wear) but clearly this stuff wasn't going to fly. Behind the counter I see some accessories, so I venture that I also have some purses. In fact I was carrying never used, designer label purses in their original boxes, also a Missoni scarf in the original box *with the price tag still attached*. She never sees any of it. "You have to have ten items to start a contract here" before she has any idea how many items there are. Apparently I was going to be disqualified no matter what. I gave up and we all left. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never been treated so rudely in any store. Every business has policies, no problem with that. I understood very well going in that the items might not be acceptable, might not be what the store needs. That's fine too: that's the whole game with consignment, choosing items that will sell in a given market. My only expectation was to have someone look over/ discuss the items and to be treated politely. Apparently too much to ask. Neither I nor my friends will ever come back. We will be sure to tell our friends to avoid your store as well. Five women who shop. Alot. Seems like an awful lot of terrible word of mouth simply for the pleasure of being nasty. I stopped by the mall today to SEE SANTA, Christmas…read moredecorations, pick up some white elephant surprise presents . I was able to get what I needed at Macy's and the Norman's Hallmark store. I was looking for some nice chocolate and snacks and to see the Clinique counter specials at Macy's. I'm very happy to see Santa. There was only one child in line to see Santa.. I guess there are some Santa traditions that I've just changed so much but for me I'm happy to see it while I'm still kicking. We all got photos. Service was pretty magnificent. There was lots of staff throughout the mall. There were some half off specials too, which were wonderful. I'm a big fan of this historical mall.!!

Decent selection but I took the family here when we visited Sesame Place. It's close by but walking through it felt very empty and the biggest complaint was that it is not well maintained. There were so many trash cans and buckets collecting water from all the leaks in the roof. A lot of the walking paths are blocked by these containers. I have 2 kids and we visited the little arcade there which seems to be outdated. The mall seems to just be waiting to be closed. Overall experience here wasn't the greatest. Not worth driving out of your way to visit this place.

Sure they helped someone who asked about their restroom, but I don't know that they ever greeted anyone who came in. I'm very sensitive to this when I'm shopping, because a warm greeting can mean a lot to unfamiliar tourists. I also felt like the clothes, to me, were on the expensive side. The price of $25 felt right for some shirts/blouses, but not for others, but it was a default price nonetheless. Replica band/concert tees were priced equally high, and some of them were beat up while not being vintage. Other items, I just felt like I could find at the thrift and get a better deal. I thrift a lot from many, many different venues, so I know this for sure. While I understand the beauty of a vintage store is that someone else did the shopping for you, the markup felt like a lot at times. The decor is charming, the shops each have their one streetscape storefronts (like they were shops on a traditional Main Street rather than interior shops). Walking through, we couldn't tell what each business was (some of the signage could be better), but we shopped at Olive Oil Etcetera and Department of Note and saw one charming bar. Overall, it's a charming place to pop in at to see if they have a spot you want to visit.

Behind the shopping center on Paul Valley Road is a LA Fitness too which is considered part of the same shopping center. This shopping center is also sandwiched between Easton Road (Route 611) and Street Road (Route 132) placing it in a very convenient spot for customers. Paul Valley Road is a neat backroad that connects these two major roads. Overall, a neat shopping center.
