This store didn't have much in there clearance area . Overall, the store didn't seem as big as others to me, but it may be because of the way it was arranged. I didn't find any outfits I was interested in, but I was able to purchase 2 pairs of shoes for under $20 which is pretty impressive.

There are multiple employees drifting around helping customers. Great and friendly service. Five Below is the very best store anywhere to buy charging cables for cell phones and tablets. They cost $5.95 for a 10 ft cable and $5.55 for a five foot cable. Six foot cables are available as well. Depending on the location, some of their stores honor replacing non working cables free of charge. Regardless, their cables are good quality and last a long time with reasonable care. I buy my cables here exclusively. They also have a great candy section with items not commonly stocked elsewhere. A lot of retro candy as well. Other areas they stock good inventory for are fashion accessories, pets, gifts, and toys. Parking is plentiful in the giant lot for this sprawling shopping center.

This woman conveniently had to "move around" small items on every aisle we went down, and then after I paid and went to put my cart back, she ran to the door and was staring at us and trying to rubberneck at my receipt and in my bags. Trust me, there were some sketchy looking people in there, but we were not the ones who were it. I would rather drive to another city than ever go back here just because of her ruining our experience. I returned in a few days for pickup and after trying them on found one small item that still needed work. This was quickly and cheerfully done and I returned for a next day pickup. There is something for every shape and size from 14 to 28 in store. There is no public restroom. I do like coming here, as you can park in front of the store. This is in a strip mall that is spacious. No trekking thru the mall to get to your desired location! Woo-hoo! Yes, this is a specialty women's clothing store for what is considered to be plus sized women, but it still has limitations for those even larger sizes than what they offer here. But this location is one of the nicer locations in the area.

I am sure she is told to sell hard for the rewards program, but I contend it's not a good policy. At a Chicos in Northern Virginia, they advertised a sale in the window, so I went in, found some clothes, but when I got to the register, they said I had to be a rewards member to get the discount. I said, "No thanks," and walked out. That store has since closed. I think this rabid effort to get customers to become rewards members is self-defeating.

I purchased a gift for my Mom (81) and it was not the right size. She went to exchange the items and it was beyond the 60 day policy but the exact items were in store and on the sale rack. All she wanted to do was exchange the items for the proper size and they refused. They had the product and would not exchange the items! The tags were still on the product - obviously never worn brand new and simply the wrong size. It is unacceptable that if the store has the product that they would not simply swap it out for the same merchandise. We were both long time and loyal customers and now NEVER AGAIN!. Highly recommend you do not shop at these stores.

While she was still shopping, I headed back to the bathrooms. When I arrived, there was a lady blocking the way. She said I had to pay to use the bathroom. Even though we were purchasing items from their store, she still wanted me to pay. I stopped my wife from purchasing the items, and we left the store. I don't know who would charge elderly people for using the bathrooms. I will never go back to this store. I have contacted the city of Picayune, and they promised they would investigate. It's totally unacceptable.

I inquired why and found out that the business had over $6000.00 in damages to the womans bathroom at the last event. They use to charge NON-Customers $1.00 to offset the expenses during the event, which was nothing compared to New Orleans charging $10 during Mardi Gras. In the past, if you presented a reciept from the store, the bathroom use was free for the day, all you had to do was ask. I think its unfair to judge a business when you don't know the facts. Gibson House has always been more than fair to their customer and even though they will no longer have bathrooms during the events, I certainly understand the challenges small businesses have with theft, vandalism, and the outrageous cost of keeping a brick and mortor business going.
