Dropped by the Premium Outlet Mall to let the traffic on the 15 South die down and to pick up something to wear to the OC Yelp's Leisure League Event at the Muck in Fullerton. I expected massive crowds. Sized picked thru. Merchandise in total disarray. And not to forget, frustrated employees. Guess it was my lucky day. Not only did I find everything I wore to the Elite event - but everything was on sale. I found my size in everything I looked at. All the racks and shelves were neatly organized by style and size. AAA members save an extra 10% off. Membership has its perks. Still like this brand, though I have not found anything lately. The storewide sale was 50% off the store. Saw a wide striped cotton tank maxi dress for $20.00. The only reason I didn't buy it, was that I was sticking to a budget, and I saw some things that I wanted at the BBW outlet. Also carries mens, children's and Gap Body clothing. Saturday morning and the store was not a madhouse. Must be a slow day. Also wasn't a huge mess, either. But since I am a fan of the brand, I'm sure that I will stop in if we are here at the outlets. read more

Being an outlet store they always have awesome sales. Unfortunately it appears this place is closing soon. It's a shame the mall is already a ghost town now it will just be another empty space. If your in the area buying lotto tickets stop in and take advantage of the sales. read more

Friendly and courteous staff to family and I. I was especially shocked or surprised from the location being a pit stop between Baker California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Traveling frequently with wife, to get away from the the Metropolitan City and Tourists. Something different and pleasant. Sad store is closing soon at this location. read more

Bought jeans there last month - buy 1 get 1 half off or some deal like that....after 15 minutes of watching the cashier try to work the register she said " Let's just use another register" and moved my items to another machine. So I guess this caused a big distraction, by the time I got home 30 miles away I noticed a security device on one of the jeans. So I go back another weekend and talk to someone I think was the Manager - she asked for the receipt....which I did not have.... as I threw it out before I noticed the device. She sounded like she was annoyed that I didn't have the receipt and told me sternly - she would "do this one time but that is not policy and next time I need a receipt!" How about next time you tell your staff to check and remove all the security devices when checking out items? Anyways, if you shop here be sure to check all the clothes you buy for security devices or you will be driving a long way back & better have a receipt even though it's the store's responsibility to remove these things. read more

They are actually located in Primm, NV. Well, according to the receipt they are anyways. They are inside the Outlet mall at the Stateline. Wife will come here to look for good deals. She will search the clearance section for some good buys. It's hit or miss if she'll find a bargain. Nice looking store though that is organized and clean. Will continue to stop by when there are no crowds around. read more

A decent sized location with a good amount of inventory. However, the employees I dealt with on my visit were less than stellar. The woman at the check out desk looked & acted like a zombie, never really paying attention to the paying customers in front of her. She even rang up a clearance item as costing $20.95 when it should have been $2.95. Luckily we realized the mistake as we walked out & had it fixed right away. Maybe it had been a long day, I don't know. But I would've appreciated at least a smile and someone speaking at a volume level that could easily be heard across the counter. read more

I might not hide my love of GAP, but the one at Primm is nothing spectacular. Maybe it has been ravaged by the throngs of California visitors, but it leaves nothing for us Las Vegas residence. I am the one who will spend hour sifting through clearance for the best deals. When they do the additional 40% off of clearance, it is a free for all. I'm not a big fan of this Gap outlet because it's a lot smaller than other Gap outlets. I came here in the early morning of black Friday, I believe at 2 AM, and there were slim pickings. They opened at 10 PM on Thanksgiving night so I was thinking that people got to the good stuff first. I bought a pair of sweat pants which were a size too big for me but I'm hoping they shrink after few washings. read more

I was visiting the store with my mother, a stroke survivor in a wheelchair. I needed to ask the Store Manager if it would be ok to keep the vest, the leggings and the sweater my mom was trying on since she felt so good and warm in it and for a bag I could put her own clothes in, while we went back to the cashiers for checkout. Having my mom on a wheelchair since last year has certainly been a learning curve for all of us, but especially for her, since she's been so independent. She was worried the store wouldn't allow her to stay in her soon-to-be new clothes and had to spend most likely another hour trying to take them all off and put her clothes back on. Full honesty, I was a bit embarrassed to ask this of your Store Manager, but I am so happy that Tiffany was there to help me. She came to us promptly, listened carefully and immediately got to action. She helped us remove the tags from the clothes and kept them aside so we could scan them at the checkout, helped us search for any string of those tags left so it wouldn't poke my mom (how sweet and caring is this?) and gave us a shopping bag where we could put my mom's clothes in it. The fitting room was a mess from us trying to get something that my mom would be comfortable in and I told Tiffany as soon as I could get my mom and the wheelchair out of the room I'd go back there to clean it up. She said: "Phil, don't worry about it, we'll take care of it so you can spend more time with your mom. Really, don't worry about it". My mom that was so embarrassed for leaving a mess back at the fitting room told me she was so relieved to have found such a caring person like Tiffany to make her life so much easier for that one moment that she started to cry. All she could say to Tiffany was "God bless you!" with tears running down her cheeks. Tiffany had really blown us away with her kindness, professionalism and courtesy that it will make us grateful to her for a lifetime. Even though I was buying my mom some Christmas gifts, Tiffany was really the one giving us the best gift we could have: kindness, sympathy, compassion. I truly hope she is recognized for being such a phenomenal person and professional that made two customers extremely happy for visiting her store. Tiffany: I really hope you get many shoutouts from your peers and superiors and that they know how truly fortunate they are to have you in their team, as well as other customers to have the chance to visit your store and presence your kindness and professionalism.
