They are mostly clean and easy to shop, with a few chaotic sections here and there. This one is inside of the 'newer' wing of the mall, and is one floor. I've found a few things here from time to time, they are good for accessories shopping for conventions where we want to dress up, or dapper day items. Staff is mostly only at the registers and they are just okay with friendliness. It feels mostly like they are just trying to get through the transaction and move on. Overall: B- An okay location with the regular merch and vibe you'd expect.

She was talking to the floor and not to us which is common with teenager/early 20s these days. The store is kind of playing it is black-and-white and it doesn't have much of a selection. Clearly they are marketing to a different type of demographic than me I must be too old LOL. In any case I didn't see anything I wanted but there was a lot of 6 inch spiky heels with strappy accoutrement. Whole store gave me a pretty creepy vibe. A lot of the fashions in there and bona fide a lot of what is wrong with our society today. The shoes were expensive for what you get probably starting at $75 per pair which is kind of atrocious for a outlet mall. Nobody was shopping in there and I guess there's a reason for that. I would not come back but if you're in the market for clubwear this might be your place.

I once bought a shirt from UNTUCKit A shirt was on sale so I…read moresaid F#@! it Inventory was low So they shipped it to Joe It arrived UPS which can suck it I stopped in this store a number of times and liked their stuff, but it's always so pricey. I was able to find a shirt I liked which was on sale plus another 25% off for Memorial Day, so I got one for under $50. They also had an order next day delivery and get $25 off, but since it was Saturday, I wouldn't get till Wednesday due to the Memorial Day Holiday. Anyway, shipping was "free" so I did it. Shopping is odd as there are very few shirts "on the rack". They have shirts at the back of the store to try on to get your size. It was weird as I tried on a long sleeve shirt to get my size for a short sleeve shirt. Not the best move but I've been mesmerized by them for a while and is the first thing from Shark Tank I can actually find besides squatty potties and scrub daddies and mouth gaggies. The package arrived (UPS Delivered to my neighbor, hence the limerick ending above), but that's not Untuckit's fault. However, Untuckit did NOT put their name on the UPS Tracking info so I had no idea the package was from them. Basically, without that information, I could not contact UPS and do anything about it as I got a notification from UPS that a package was delivered. I checked my CCTV Camera at the gate, my head of security and her assistant, and I know the hounds would have definitely made a ruckus if there was a package. Shame on you Untuckit! I'm glad I have good neighbors who later on, brought the package to me. They're not Jake from State Farm, but equally as nice. The packaging was outstanding and the shirt arrived. I'll wear it out a few times to see how it holds up and see if any buttons fall off like some places. Other than the confusing way to try on stuff and order with "free" shipping, it seems like a quality shirt.

That's the nature of the beast. The fashion industry takes something essential, clothing, your naked body's armor and turns it into something you want, but don't necessary need, with that being said. UNTUCKit is a brand that makes button-front shirts with shorter hemlines than standard shirts. Mathematically, it's a small thing, the matter of an inch or two. I recently got a nice zip up vest and a thin long sleeve shirt and the total cost for those were like $25 or something. I got a lot of compliments on my vest from my family! I was greeted by Kayla who was very nice but you could tell that she was very new. She wasn't pushy at all, told me about their sales and then continued to help some friends that had come in. I ended up asking Sara (come to find out later, she's the store manage) about a shirt in a different size and then she pointed me in a new direction when my size wasn't available. Loved her suggestion but after trying it on, it wasn't for me. Then she switched it up again and that's when i tried on a bunch of stuff that honestly, i would have never grabbed. I loved almost everything. I left with a bag full of stuff, a special order and a great price! I feel like I even left with a new friend! She was so incredibly friendly but still professional, she made me feel comfortable and took very good care of me. I'm also writing this review so I can remember her name and ask for her next time i go in. I hope she sticks around!! Buckle is very lucky to have such a great person leading their store. After working in Hospitality for 15 years, employees like that are hard time find. *my only negative vibe was when the talked clearly and cheered loudly on the floor about sales goals. I left with 4 gorgeous and unique looking shirts that I'm very happy with. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it is very expensive, at least for me. As for the people commenting about the sales associates being pushy....that is their job. Retail workers often have daily sales goals to meet and are told to actively engage with customers and SELL SELL SELL additional products. I have worked retail before and I know what happens when you "don't make your numbers" for the day. It isn't that hard to say "no thank you" a few times while you shop. Just some food for thought
