While trying them on my child, the calcaneus was pressed in, causing it to be painful to walk and causing the skin to come off. Even though I had the receipt, management refused to offer an exchange because it was past the 30-day policy. A store that refuses to stand behind the quality of its products or help a customer with a defective item does not deserve our business. I will not be returning.

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and was helpful in securing the right size of shoes from the ones we picked. They didn't have the exact size, but did have one a half size up which is just fine for her to grow into. I did love all the mix and match variety the store offered in the color pallets that are easily seen on the display walls. Overall: A Solid new children's clothing boutique inside of the mall.

They carry all of the typical FB goods & do a solid job at rotating the selections. There's usually new things for specific holidays & offer a nice variety. I especially love Halloween time. Whether you want candy, phone accessories, t shirts, pop culture blind boxes or random sodas, you'll probably find it here. While it's evident things are pricier nowadays, that's where I draw the line on giving 5 stars. This place used to actually be $5 & under but you can find items being sold for $35+. I've personally spent around $10 for the priciest item but I can't help enjoy the variety & convenience of FB. The employees here are nice & have helped me when I needed some assistance. It seems that they're usually staffed on the lower end but they definitely make do with what they have. I can't say I have a single complaint about this location. There's plenty of parking in front & I like how the store is on the corner end of the shopping center for easy access. It's also walking distance from my favorite hotel so it's one I come to often. I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. If you're looking for a typical mall experience on steroids, the Florida Mall is the way to go…read more I've never disliked this mall, but it definitely has a different feel than other local shopping centers. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well. You've also got the Crayola experience, which is pretty large. While this mall wouldn't be my first choice to go to, it does do the trick if you're needing your fix of big name stores.
