Plenty of Parking during the day, it shares spots with the BBQ Restaurant Next door, so as that business picks up, it can get a little crowded. There is so much to choose from, from toys, to clothes, to books and other children focused items. I was browsing as my sister was bringing things for consignment and wish I knew about this place prior to some of the purchases I made for her kids. Great prices, brands and variety -I was so pleasantly surprised because it's not a "huge" store. The place is very organized and tidy, makes it easy to to browse or simply run in and find the exact size you might be looking for. With kids changing so quickly in sizes and interests, this is a perfect and practical place to shop. I highly recommend checking them out. It's a weird thing to notice, I know, but these things were seriously unhygienic; I couldn't help but take note. Upon entering the store itself, I saw what seemed to be a good selection of baby...stuff. As someone who doesn't have kids, and is never around them, I had no idea what a lot of it was, or what would be an appropriate birthday gift. No problem, I'd just ask a salesperson for assistance- or so I thought. The three employees I saw were all having an intense conversation at the sales counter. I walked up, waited. Cleared my throat. Made eye contact. Said "excuse me" to the salesclerk who was looking directly at me. Finally, feeling invisible, I left. This store is probably great, if you walk in knowing what you want, and don't need any help. For those of us not in the mommy club, however, it's just not a welcoming place.

I don't blame the staff for that necessarily, as I watched loads of customers literally abandoned piles of stuff wherever they wanted when they realized, I guess, they didn't actually want to buy them. Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms. The value of some of the items is reasonable, when it's on sale, but the headache of having to sort through unorganized sizes and color is just not worth it in my mind.

As I continued to look around it would seem they are rebranding as a high-end clothing store or they advertise 30-40% after they raise the prices. I looked at my wife and we exited the store immediately as the prices were not reasonable at all. Staff was non-existent as they just stare at you while you walk around. They don't say hi and they don't offer to help. Pretty horrible experience if you ask me.

I visited the Levi's store today with my family, and overall, it was a great experience--until I…read moreheard barking coming from the front of the store. At first, I thought, "Is that a German Shepherd?" one of my favorite dog breeds. I shrugged it off and kept shopping, but then I saw a large white dog roaming the store with its owner--definitely not a service animal. The dog seemed to be having a "bark-off" with another large dog sitting by its owner. While I love dogs, I wasn't expecting to encounter such a noisy situation while shopping. I believe stores should maintain a peaceful environment for all customers, and I don't think dogs (unless they're service animals) should be allowed inside. This experience did detract from my visit, and I hope store management reconsiders its pet policy in the future.
