So they started work on Thursday July 11 and they started late and started on an area with only one way and out. Multiple residents that could not park near their apt bldg and some are handicap or limited movement. We were told we would be parking normal by Friday night Here it is Friday and again started late and after coming home around 1:00 pm and I knew it was not going to happen!! There are alot more than last night who are not parking near their apt bldg and some of us are paying for covered parking we cannot use. And do not get me started on the help, shirts over our head and draped on our neck exposing bellies, stink like not bathed. Not the professional crew you would want near women and children and in a apt complex. This was not handled, scheduled or performed professionally and from the looks of the website it says it all. No email addresses for anybody just one phone number to a desk phone probably in an office closed for day. Seriously do not care if they like this review, I am a resident and I am inconvenienced without any care or consideration.

I had called and left a message for Dustin to give me a call, but no response. Dustin seemed like a very personable professional and could tell he knows his business well by reading the positive reviews. Just very unrespectful to leave a customer hanging with no communication.

He reached out to Thomas, the owner, and as of writing this review he has still refused to take responsibility for all of the damages. He is insinuating that my 24 year old son who just bought his first house is somehow partially responsible because he lead the driver into the backyard.... which he did not do. If this company is not willing to take responsibility for $2,000 worth of damage to a house that their driver clearly did then I can't imagine that they would stand behind their other work.

Alan and his team were extremely detail-oriented- measuring, leveling, planning - and they did so with tremendous efficiency. He is a fantastic communicator, easy to work with, and fair. Alan gave me a set of new front steps and a new driveway. He put in a french drain so that my drainage issues are now taken care of. At the end of each work day, he cleaned so that nothing would damage my grass and that the work site was tidy. Prior to leaving the site, on the last day he took care of the smallest details of the project. Concrete work can be an expensive investment- had I known about Alan and KC Crete Master, I would have done this a long, long time ago. The work has proven to be worth every penny. I have told my contractor- for any of your concrete needs going forward, this is the man you need to use. HIGHLY recommend.
