He worked with my budget during the bid process, communicated throughout, and finished the project ahead of schedule. He and his team rebuilt a retaining wall, filled soil erosion, installed a flagstone path, and seeded over the new soil/flagstone. They repurposed sod and carefully worked around beloved shrubs. About a year ago, my mom hired these guys to cut down a dying tree in our yard. He drove a massive…read morecherry picker into our yard and destroyed my moms sidewalk in several places. never fixed, never payed for it. They were also supposed to remove the stump but never did. Later the same year they came to trim a neighbors tree on the opposite side of the alley in the interior of the block. They drove the same cherry picker over the lip on the alleyway and through a neighbors yard. In the process, they destroyed part of the alley, a powerline, and left massive gashes in the adjacent neighbors yard. He got stuck in that yard (not the yard of the neighbor who hired him) and to escape ended up plowing his fire truck sized work vehicle over a concrete barrier, destroying yet another neighbor's storm drain in the process. I confronted him about this over the phone and while he maintained a polite tone, he made a bunch of excuses for himself and was generally unapologetic. He agreed to come later in the week and repair the crush storm drain but never actually showed up. DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY unless you like uncompensated collateral damage to your/your neighbor's property. WORST TREE SERVICE EVER IVE EVER DEALT WITH.
