Alan and his team were extremely detail-oriented- measuring, leveling, planning - and they did so with tremendous efficiency. He is a fantastic communicator, easy to work with, and fair. Alan gave me a set of new front steps and a new driveway. He put in a french drain so that my drainage issues are now taken care of. At the end of each work day, he cleaned so that nothing would damage my grass and that the work site was tidy. Prior to leaving the site, on the last day he took care of the smallest details of the project. Concrete work can be an expensive investment- had I known about Alan and KC Crete Master, I would have done this a long, long time ago. The work has proven to be worth every penny. He reached out to Thomas, the owner, and as of writing this review he has still refused to take responsibility for all of the damages. He is insinuating that my 24 year old son who just bought his first house is somehow partially responsible because he lead the driver into the backyard.... which he did not do. If this company is not willing to take responsibility for $2,000 worth of damage to a house that their driver clearly did then I can't imagine that they would stand behind their other work.
