This was an awesome party decision. They maintained contact from booking until the party a few weeks later. I was kept up to date about arrival, how much time was left, and Alec was very friendly with all guests and myself. Air conditioned trailer to enjoy gaming despite having a dozen people inside. We had gamers 5yr to 35yr playing and each was able to play multiple games on various systems. We had a fantastic experience with Game Truck. They were on time, and the game facilitator was awesome with the kids. They were so engaged, it was the quietest and easiest party I have ever had for my son. It worked great for both girls and guys, and it was easy to ensure that kids who had parent permission to play the more mature games could play, while kids who did not have permission didn't miss a thing because they had so much fun with games they were allowed to play. Best surprise ever for gamers! Booked as a surprise during a college graduation/40th birthday party for my gamer husband and friends. This was a group of 20+ geeks and gamers, and none of them had ever seen anything like this mobile gaming theater. They rotated through different games for 3 hours and had the time of their lives. Game Truck Dayton was awesome! They made my son's 9th birthday party the best ever!! Best party money we have ever spent. We had several parents take info and say they are going to book the truck as well. I do recommend asking which truck with come. They have an Xbox truck and a PlayStation truck. We lucked out and got the Xbox truck, which is what my son wanted. I didn't know about the other truck, so he would have been a little disappointed in the PlayStation Truck. We had a great experience with this company. They arrived early for set up, did a great job managing the group, and were very professional. We had to reschedule, and they were very accommodating. Kids had a great time. The person in the truck did a great job making sure all the kids were playing; if we saw one kid playing a solo game, he would ask the others if someone wanted to play with him. WE have had Gametruck for 2 birthday parties and 2 cub scout events. In the past they arrived late but made up for it with extra party time and even gave us a free party in the case of the scout event. This time it was my daughter's sweet 16 party and it couldn't have gone smoother. They arrived right on time (actually a little early). The kids all loved it! The Game Truck was amazing! From my initial call with Greg, to all the planning at our event site, and the event with ALL of our foster youth, I wasn't disappointed at all. I got a game truck for my son's 13th birthday party and it was a huge hit!! The owner Greg was great to work with, professional and responded to all my questions. Craig did a great job with the kids at the party. He kept them busy for 2 hours!! He was very nice. My son had 18 boys in the truck. They all fit, but a perfect number may be 15? I have used this company 3 times. We had their game truck last fall for a rewards party at an elementary school, last spring we brought their laser tag to our carnival, and most recently had their laser tag again for a rewards party. The staff has been amazing and the company is very accommodating. Every experience has left our kids wanting more! We will definitely be using them on the future for school events. read more
