I have had this bus for school fundraiser events and it is great! The laser tag does need some working on though.

This wasn't just laser tag, this was laser war! What a great time! I came here with my fiance and…read moretwo other friends for the first time and we had an absolute blast! There are three different "theaters" or "maps" you can play in, and they rotate. One is set up like an office, another like a house (complete with real parked cars), and another is a warehouse. The guns are modeled after the characteristics of real guns (shotgun has wider field of fire but shorter range, pistol is more accurate with shorter range, P90 has full automatic with a functional scope, etc). And the guns are heavy too; similar to real weapons. Next, you get assigned a "mission" each time. We played four rounds total: free for all, team deathmatch, split team deathmatch (half of your team starts on the far side of the map, half on the near side), and "traitor" where one person on each team is chosen as the traitor and it's your job to eliminate everyone on both the other team as well as your team. I was chosen as the traitor for my team, so I had to subtly try and pick off my own teammates. I should mention that friendly fire is active ALL THE TIME in every type of match. You get 10 lives per match, and a limited amount of ammo too (although the ammo limit was never a problem). Matches have a 16 minute time cap. After our first two rounds we were lucky enough that there was a kids' birthday party there, so we got to play some 10 vs 10 matches too. This made the matches pretty hectic but a lot of fun. I think ideally I would like to do these with 7 or 8 per side. Pricing is a little steep but not so bad that I won't be back. It's $5 or 6 for a membership, which is good for a year. Then you have to choose to buy either 4 or 8 matches in a package. It was $24 for 4 matches or $34 for 8 (if you buy the membership). And you can use those matches any time over the course of a year. There is also a basic drink/bar area where you can grab a beer or pop if you want. There might've been some standard bar foods (hot dogs/nachos) there as well, but we didn't check it out. If you choose not to buy a membership, you can buy either 3 or 6 matches, but you have to use them all up on that visit or they're lost. I forget the prices of these because we did the membership. They also have special "event" pricing for groups that you can do, but the downer here is that you have to pay as a single unit and then rely on everyone else to pay back the person paying. Membership fees are waved during that time for everyone, and they're unlimited play. Overall this was a real good time. One thing I would have liked to see was some sort of scoreboard/ranking outside of the arena that would show you how many kills/deaths/team kills each person had. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'll bring more friends along.

Ordered tickets about a month ago, I got a broken foot so I called them and I asked to…read morereschedule... they told me to just come in whenever we can and we can either move the date or just play that day. Came in today around 8 PM today and I couldn't even play because I was told I wasn't even in the system even tho they have looked up my name previously when I rescheduled? so there goes my $75 down the drain

The deals on attractions/food/tokens were affordable and worth-while. We golfed, played games, ate pizza, and rode go-karts. As an overview, the place is older. Not dirty per say, but doesn't scream clean. Bathrooms are the cleanest in the building, though. Pizza wasn't bad at all! Golf was decent. Go-karts were fun. Most of my party had never ridden before, so not sure what to compare to. The games were great. A few machines down and a few that ate your tokens. Staff is AWESOME. Manager Josh especially was so kind and helpful to our party of 9. Overall, I think the adults had more fun than the small children.

We went for a birthday party, and I saw the staff being helpful and friendly with setup, etc. Plus when I had things to do at the counter those folks were friendly too. The kids spent all their time in the playground area and the arcade. Hard to get them to stop. We could also have done bumper cars, go carts, putt putt, etc., but they weren't interested. The mini golf course looked pretty big and pretty nice. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday early afternoon, which was much appreciated. A decent crowd, but not crazy, and not many screaming kids running around. All more or less in line. There's a lot to do, and though I didn't pay so don't know what a party costs, I will look into it for Kid K's next. Plenty of parking. I missed the turn; look for the sign and narrow drive between two car dealers, and you have to head back off the road a bit.

We've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this particular location. Yes, arcade games can be…read moreexpensive, but I feel like that is the case with most arcades, including small ones like at bowling alleys. You can go on half price days or you can use your tickets to purchase unlimited play time blocks instead of purchasing little toys that your kids might throw away after an hour. They have food and play specials that you can take advantage of, just check out their site or app. There are several employees here that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we really enjoy our time here. Diamond was the first to give outstanding service from the minute she answered the phone. After we arrived, she was just as nice and was so patient. When we had an issue with a game, Jonathan (manager) helped us out and again was so nice. We used our tickets to purchase meal vouchers, and Dakota was our server. He was awesome, so down to earth and friendly. He's been our server a few times now and he really sets a high bar. Jonathan also checked in with us while we were dining. We came back a few more times and Juniper was working on the game floor. We had an issue with a couple different games and she was just full of good vibes and went out of her way to make sure that things were taken care of. On a third visit, we had an issue with some incorrect information and James not only made the situation right, he was a freaking rockstar! The vibe at this particular location is very laid-back and the employees just seem happy to be here. I know it's a smaller location with less games and it is not as sports driven as some other locations, but we prefer to come here whenever we can because it's a much more enjoyable experience and we prefer to look at the positive things and not the negative.

The food was beyond meh, but for the price, it was about what we expected. The real issue came when it was time to pay. There was ONE other couple in the bar when we asked to pay, but it took 20+ minutes (legit) for the bartender to figure out how to ring us up. Then the price he charged us was very incorrect, so he had to call a manager. The manager didn't ask questions, he assumed and told me *WE* were wrong about the price of the package. You know, the one advertised on the screen. Right above our heads. One iota of empathy or apology would've de-escalated the situation, but there was none to be found. He ended up refunding the excess in cash, but good golly. The experience was a cluster. Would not go back.
