They don't care if you're a subscriber, if you're not there, they will sell your books to other people. The clerk just tells you "Oh sorry, we're all sold out." when in fact that shouldn't have mattered because you were subscribed to it. This store won't last long with such unprofessional, not to mention idiotic and greedy, business practices. I've been coming to this store since they opened last year.
