Everyone makes you feel valued as a customer and they even hooked me up with a free Vita 2 SD Card adapter after I bought my Sony PlayStation Vita power adapter. I didn't even ask for it! Whenever I need to do my laundry at the next door laundromat/dry cleaners/real estate agency I pop in here to see what's new and indulge my nostalgic video game needs. They don't care if you're a subscriber, if you're not there, they will sell your books to other people. The clerk just tells you "Oh sorry, we're all sold out." when in fact that shouldn't have mattered because you were subscribed to it. This store won't last long with such unprofessional, not to mention idiotic and greedy, business practices. I've been coming to this store since they opened last year. And apparently loyalty is something they're not good at. I will be bringing my money elsewhere. This store sucks as$.
