They don't care if you're a subscriber, if you're not there, they will sell your books to other people. The clerk just tells you "Oh sorry, we're all sold out." when in fact that shouldn't have mattered because you were subscribed to it. This store won't last long with such unprofessional, not to mention idiotic and greedy, business practices. I've been coming to this store since they opened last year. And apparently loyalty is something they're not good at. I will be bringing my money elsewhere. This store sucks as$.

They have a great little cafe, and all of the genres of books are organized so they are easy to find. They offer some great classics such as Steinbeck, Mark Twain, Edgar Allen Poe, Shakespeare, the Brothers Grimm, and many more in beautifully designed hard covers for $10, which is hard to pass up. If you are a music lover like me, they do have a decent selection of Vinal's and CD's available for purchase plus they have a whole section of books dedicated to music, biographies about musicians, and some popular sheet music books available for piano and guitar. They could definitely improve the sheet music section but overall, it's not terrible. There are some great stationary items here for purchase that are of higher quality than you might find at the cheap-o dollar store if you are looking for something special and unique. I also love their notebooks and journals that have a soft leather covering, very cool. If you shop here often, they also have memberships available where you can save on your next purchase, comparative to something Barnes and Noble offers. I recommend stopping in if you're in the Oviedo Mall, it's a great book store with a lot to offer.

I've been visiting this location for literally years and they keep the friendly service available not only at checkout but also at the coffee shop attached. A very large selection of bibles and also a very large selection of Christian adult books and children books! Love, love, love! When you walk into the main entrance make a right and just next to the Cafe is this amazing book store! I can spend hours in one, especially when there's the presence of love there! This is my new go to spot when in search of devotionals. I love atmosphere, the people who helped me with my purchase and the easy accessibility of coffee. I didn't get a chance to partake in the coffee, but next time, I will stop by for a treat! By the way, this is currently, the ONLY Christian bookstore in this county! They have every kind of romance (my preferred genre) you can think of, including some hard to find books. The aesthetic is SO COOL. They have very reasonably priced Blind Date with a Book selection and the cute merch inside is some of the best I've seen. I was looking for a specific book series that they didn't have but they had no problem looking it up for me and seeing if it was available. Staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back and bring a friend of mine who is dying to make it here as well. I had just missed an author signing so plan to throw them a follow to see who goes to visit their store!

Their concept of their book store as an immersivd sensory experience is something I hadn't heard of before and was really intrigued by. West was able to assist me and recommended a couple books that happened to be on my TBR. She was very friendly and helpful in guiding me with the experience. Their selection of sensory items were all cute and I ended up choosing a pair of socks, sparkling tea, and a cup. Depending on the genre of the book of your choosing, there is also a playlist that goes along with it. I think it's also awesome that they have a lounge space where they can host events. It's amazing to see the growth of this concept that started out as a subscription box, and now has a brick and mortar here in Orlando. Overall, I think it's a great concept that allows customers the chance to fully indulge and expand their reading experience beyond the pages.
