Bought an item here, it started leaking the next day . Not only is this poor quality but potentially DANGEROUS for your children if allergic to what's inside or if ingested. Anyway, tried to return 2 days later with receipt and MARCO tells me it's final sale no returns because it's a blind box item, I tell Marco blind box items are enclosed in a bag so you cannot see what item you're getting ... this is not a blind box item . And if this item is final sale it was not disclosed to us upon purchase of this item and is not posted near the item. He offered to exchange it for a different color, went to the display where items are and put our red one back in there for another customer to buy, and gave me a green one that was already open and leaking !!!!! I told him so Ure just going to give me another used broken one that some other customer exchanged and throw my broken one back for another poor customer to buy?! That's crazy!!! I asked for a manager and there is no manager there!!!! WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE? And is it legal to sell people things and not tell them it's final sell no returns?? Marco kept saying "it's a new item so we can't see that it's final sell when you buy it" And "it's slime so it's going to leak eventually" My daughter has a bunch of squishy just like this and none have ever leaked. The reason I am giving this store 1stars is because I got Mario cart 8 deluxe edition and it was for the Nintendo switch for online download and the code was to be redeemed on the switch online store.NOW the code was on a resit it got thrown away on accident.we had put it on a game stop account and mind you it was open for about 7 years. we called saying if we could do everything to try to get the code for about 3 days calling the AI support and when to this shop and they said the account was not been open for 7 years and would not be able to do even a few days back from the day of the previous purchases and "if it wasn't on the account is wouldn't have a history of the charge " this is a reason I will NEVER buy from game stop or anything owned by the game stop company read more

Worst experience EVER . I walked in with my 3 kids , no greeting not acknowledged nothing , store seemed oddly lonely it was just us and another 2 clients. we browse the store , pick out a game I notice 2 employees near the end of the store just chatting away still never acknowledged or asked if needed any help or questions . We end up wanting to just pay and I got asked for my IDENTIFICATION to prove I'm over 18!?!? I'm a grown ass man grey heart in my beard with 3 kids in their pjs what? I don't like I'm at least 18?? Poor customer service here. The store was completely empty with two employees working and neither attempted to help. When I asked for help on a system that they knew I wasn't going to buy through them I was literally told since I wasn't giving them any business they wouldn't help me since "they work for gamestop, not me" funny thing was, I was there to purchase games for the new system and would have been bringing business to them. Terrible customer service not to mention the tone of voice and attitude was just a little too rude and a little over the top. And at a game store and electronics, being informed on the product and providing great customer service are about the only things that you need to do working there. Last year I had gone out to this GameStop for the late night release of a Xbox one. We made it there early but when we made it to the counter to trade in the older console for a 100$ discount on the new one they told us that we were missing the power cord. So we had to rush back to our house in Exeter to pick it up. By the time we made it back to store there was a large line outside. After having to wait outside and made it back in we saw that the cashier had his group of friends behind the counter with him hanging out as he was the only good me selling the consoles. While waiting in Line I spaced out due to the long wait. When I finally made it to the front he called me over and snapped me back into reality and I jumped because he yelled for me. When I did the entire group of friends including the cashier began to laugh at me which was extremely embarrassing and rude. So we had got the console after that but how they treated their customers after having to rush back before the store closed is rude, and unacceptable. I'm every right it was just plain mean. I have never since that day been back to that store and never will. There is another GameStop down the street by the Target and I would highly suggest going there because the people that work there don't laugh at their customers. read more

Customer service here is ok. Katie K. is probably the most attentive employee. They aren't always the cleanest store, but you can tell they try. There one of the busiest stores in Visalia so its understandable! Sunday is pretty bad here as well. Try to come on Tuesday instead, its mostly empty then, also if you have trades, best to go in the early morning when they open or before 1 so that you can get in and out quicker. read more

Game stop has always provided great customer service and have been very helpful they know how to answer all questions and are always very eager to inform me about the new video games to be released. I've never had any complaints towards any of the GameStop employees because they have always been very chipper in helping me. The trade in values are horrible but everyone knows this so just keep your damn games you big dummy. read more

This location is great I have been there many times and every time I walk in somebody at the counter always says, "Hey guys how are we doing today?" Then they ask you what you're looking for and if you need help. They are always very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome by talking to you like you walk in every day even if you don't. It is a clean and comfortable place with fair prices, but anyone that has tried to trade in a game knows that you are not going to get a lot back but other than that it is a great place to buy video games and other accessories. read more
