My favorite section is the trade in section where they have half off books trades and hardcovers or recently bought collections, I've found many hard to find books for a great price. Purchased a washer and dryer set same as cash for a 90 day time frame…read more I just had a employee from Aaron's knock on my door at 6 PM telling me that my payment is delinquent and that they could take the washer and dryer back. They woke up my baby, had my dog barking up a frenzy for me to only tell them that I paid my payment on time over 11 days ago and was current and not late. He stood outside my front door for over 15 minutes trying to call the store figuring out what was going on. He stated that they called and left me a voicemail... They never did. I had to email the store a bank statement to show them that I actually paid... They completely turned the calmness of my home upside down with a newborn and pissed off dog. It irritates me that they weren't courteous enough to 1) make sure they were accusing someone who actually was late 2) call me first before showing up on my doorstep & 3) apologize when I called to offer to email them my bank statement. I am PISSED! This is borderline harassment and I can't wait to speak to their manager in the morning.
