Went to a couple midnight releases here, including one for TOTK. Great staff, especially Logan! Not sure why they are closing but it sucks, as it's a great store and in a very convenient spot. Sad to see it go. Got two more goodies as a last souvenir. read more

Its no surprise this Game Stop was empty both times I was there. I walked in & there was no employee visible. Finally a guy slowly came through a door ( maybe he was taking his afternoon nap in the back room) to reluctantly assist. I have never encountered an employee as nasty, rude & confrontational as this guy. Visit another location !!! read more

Got what I needed and the cashier who assisted me was named Tyler he was extremely kind, friendly and helpful.

The staff at this Gamestop is relentless at trying to upsell you, get you to sign up for their Rewards Program (which costs $15 and you do not need), pre-pay for upcoming games, update packs, etc. to the point that it is extremely annoying. The employees do nothing but berate you with this nonsense as you try to complete a simple transaction. It's impossible to go in, grab a game you want for a price you expect, and go home happy from this Gamestop. Save your money and buy your games on Amazon. The only time you'll find a new game cheaper at Gamestop than you will at Amazon is when you trade-in a relatively new game (less than 6 months old) and subtract the value off your new game. However, even when I am in that situation, I travel a little further to other Gamestop stores, because I know how particularly annoying this Shelton store is. read more

My card received a $0 balance when it was finally sent to my email (like so many others have experienced with this glitched promotion). Everyone here is super helpful whenever I come in. They're always friendly and I love coming in and talking with them about games. If I have a question or concern, I know I can go to them for help. An Xbox one x I bought had a loud fan so I wanted to exchange it in, and they went out of their way to help me (even after I had called another store and they basically didn't want to do it). read more

We had rush ordered a phone through GameStop before my daughter leaves the country. We had been told that it arrived today but when we got to the store the person who was working there was on his first day of the job no manager in the store no manager reachable by phone no message of where our phone was. He called them and left messages and they did not pick up. Due to finals it will not be time for my daughter to set up the phone now. This is not acceptable. we were promised and now we are screwed. Grandson wanted crash bandicoot so we made the trek to the store to buy it. Staff really knows what they're talking about!!
