The staff at this store are very helpful and know their games. They are great at recommending games based on your age and likes. Gamestop is the only place to buy games and esp. used games which you get 10% of with the purchase of their membership which is free when you consider it pays for itself with the game informer magazine and the discounts, and extras for trade-ins. read more

Over the years Gamestop has received a reputation for their horrible trade in value, which in part, makes it seem like they don't care about customers. Well this Gamestop is redeeming itself. To keep all parties involved safe (don't know if it was against company policy), lets just say that I had an accidental issue with a game that I was sure they wouldn't help me with. I figured they would just say, "tough luck" and I would be out a game. Instead they not only replaced my game but when the replacement was faulty, they replaced that one as well. If I were in their shoes I would have thought that I was trying to scam them or something. But I was just a gamer who wanted to play his game and they helped me do that. The staff was very friendly even though I went in to look for a game not even 10 minutes before closing. Almost every single game was in alphabetical order which is pretty impressive with a bunch of kids moving stuff around all day. By far my favorite GameStop to go to. read more

Called this location to see if they had a system in stock, they stated that they did have it. When I went to the store to purchase the system, they informed me that they were not able to sell it because the manager was going to purchase it. Even after I informed them that I had been told over the phone that it was available, they still would not allow me to purchase... I find it to be completely unacceptable for a store to refuse to sell an item to a customer simply because the managers wants to buy it. If the item is available, a customer should be allowed to purchase. read more

Love this location. I havent encountered one bad employee there. Every experience has been a great experience. They are all very in tune with the gaming world and have always answered all my questions :) its a little small for a store but at the same time its ok. You dont start to feel claustrophobic until the holidays or a new/anticipated game comes out. read more

This deserves 0 stars = worst experience EVER - shopping for games...terrible customer service, employees that know so little they can not match the box and the game! Got stuck with a game I didn't want because of this. I called as soon as I got home -after I had selected an new one the employee sold me a used one with at 2 year warranty saving me 0 money and 0 time -Called to tell them they gave me the wrong game - then was told they would be closing - got there at 9:03 - VERY unhelpful and not sympathetic at all. I called to discuss the next day with the manager and was on hold for no less than 29 minutes and he was "not available". Poorly run, poorly informed - AVOID at all cost - worth driving to another one! I didn't want my 4 yr. old disappointed went to Target got a new game for less! read more

I've been going to this Gamestop since it first opened and in the beginning the employees offered such outstanding service and friendly attitudes that always made me feel welcomed. But they have all left. I go there now out of convenience because it's closer than others in the area. However, recently one guy employee who was helping me said "f@$k" and "sh#t" right in front of me and two other customers while I was in line. And then he also slammed something on the counter, angry. In all my years going to gamestop, this is the first time I've seen any employee act this way. It scared me away from this store. The shelves are not organized or kept up at all. It's a chore having to find your game because titles are just thrown everywhere. Another negative thing that has happened to the service here is that it lacks the two employee team it used to have. Every time I visit it's always one employee and he/she is swamped by customers. read more

The manager and the staff are amazing at their jobs and for the most part the store is always organized. My only complaint is the ignoramus that is the district manager for this area. He has the look of a 90 year old marlboro man and will lie straight to your face. Luckily he's not around very often. read more

I spoke with the same sales rep prior to heading to the store, which isn't closed btw. He was rude on the phone and since he was the only one in the store was just as rude in person. If it wasn't for spending my 30 bucks on games for my grandson I would have let him know that his "customer service" stinks. Find a new job, like DMV or something.
