There have been several times while I've visited where people who have minimal to no knowledge of games will come in to look for gifts for loved ones and the staff are always extremely patient with all of the questions that they'll be asked and just as helpful in making sure they find what they're looking for or send them to another location that has what they're lacking. I've never seen them miss a phone call, they always seem to be cleaning items that have been brought in or are restocking the store, and they aren't pushy with sales either. Not to mention, they're just genuinely nice people who know their games. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth dropping by to check out. It's such a chill environment to peruse games in and the gaming music they always play in store just makes the experience that much better.
