The employees tell you information of the games before you buy them, in case you haven't actually ever seen what that certain game is about. This GameStop location is the only gaming store in the area, besides EBGames. But this GameStop never let's you down. The young man who is always in there working is always polite, professional and enthusiastic about his job. And that's great because not a lot of employees at a video game store enjoy their job, at least I think. He helps me out with the video games and recommendations. And, he helps me save some money with Rewards programs and all of that great stuff. Couldn't be happier but the only reason why it's a four star is because their prices for their used games are expensive. I understand there is a standard price for new games but the used games and consoles could be a bit cheaper. This GameStop location is definitely my favorite place to go for all my gaming needs! read more

This Gamestop has a very knowledgeable and polite staff. Almost always has what I'm looking for and the selection is great. Location is pretty good too. My only complaint is that whenever I go there's always only 1 worker at the desk and customers are either selling a ton of used games or activating phones and I end up waiting close to half an hour to simply pick up a reserved game which takes me 1 minute to do. This is by no means the staff's fault, just bad luck I guess. Other than that I agree with the previous reviewer that used games are way too expensive and that is why I rather just pay a couple extra bucks for a brand new copy. read more
