Male employee working today was rude for no reason. After hearing I was not interested in the GameStop pro he kept slamming the mouse behind the desk while searching the games I requested. After informing me of a price on one game that was 4$ higher then the website I simply asked about the price difference. The employee then kept referring to the 4$ difference being frugal and not an issue and in 3rd world countries it's different but in my eyes as a customer I came here because GameStop was cheaper then other options which is rare and by admitting the 4$ and not thinking it would be an issue makes me think the employee just wanted to pocket the extra cash. Not a good look. Then to cover his tracks he talks about not making enough money here at GameStop. Employee training is a must when it comes to customer service. We went in first thing to Game Stop to pre purchase a game that was supposed to come out that day and are frequent Game stop goers. Never once do we receive negative experiences at Game Stop except for when she is there. Let me start out by saying I am not a "gamer" , but I do have a few gamers on my Christmas gift list and so I have become somewhat knowledgeable about the Gamestop stores and most of all that they are not all the exact same. The employees at this particular location are very helpful and they are amazingly patient and knowedgeable when I come in and describe what I need or am looking for, though I usually have less than half the details. Somehow they figure me out and guide me tonthe exact item those I am shopping for are wanting. On the rare occasion that they do not have what I am looking for, they always know where I can get what it is that I am looking for. It is pretty seasonal that I come to any GameStop, but this is the location I go to most when I do. read more

So I bought a "brand new game" off the shelf on Tuesday night around 8:45 which is near closing time they had the game in a paper cd sleeve they put it in the case and I was on my way. When I got home I had no real desire to play the game I just purchased so I decided I would return it the next morning. Fast Forward to today and I go to return the game and they tell me I can't return it because it isn't a "new Product" even though I just bought it yesterday and haven't even played the game or so much as opened the case. Worst GameStop experience I have ever had will definitely never return to this location. It is also important to note that he gave me two alternatives I could one return the game as a preowned game or I could trade the game in. Last night at 9 pm I came to pick up my copy of Crash Team Racing Nitros Oxide Edition and Pin Bundle. They dude told me that they don't have the shipment yet and that they would in a couple days. I was very upset considering I'm just starting off as a streamer and was really looking forward to streaming this game. Crash Insane Trilogy is my favorite game. I would've appreciated if they could call or send something out earlier in the day so I could switch my preorder to a different location. I believe they knew they didn't have it but they didn't want to lose our business. You won this one GameStop BUT I will not be returning to this location. GameStop continuously does stuff like this and I'm getting sick of it. My family has spent an insane amount of money at GameStop. We currently have 4 Xbox's, 2 Nintendo switch's, a PS4, etc. Not to mention the many other consoles we've had in the past. Many thousands of dollars to a company that doesn't care about there customers. ALSO while I'm on the topic, I know more about games than the employees almost all of the time, they are usually clueless and don't even know the release date.
