Upon entering the establishment -- no one greeted us so we wandered aimlessly for about 5 minutes looking at the phones on display. Next thing you know ....we see a girl in the back slightly hidden behind her computer screen. We asked her if she had an iPhone 8. She says, still sitting down, "I don't have the iPhone 8." It was followed by an awkward silence and then we left. I was left with the impression that she hates her job. She was definitely lacking customer services skills. I gave it a rating of 3 due to the cleanliness of the store. It is nestled right in a busy location.

I talked to several seniors that had been waiting but were told that people scheduled to work called out sick. That particular problem should Not trickle down to the patrons/customers. If T-mobile paid their employees a living wage, maybe they would show up to work. T-mobile stock keeps rising while their customer service at their store located in Hancock Village Sucks.
