BUYER BEWARE I have been going to this store for years to…read moretry to support local business, but I have had enough. Here are some major complaints I have. 1) The store is run like a pawn shop and not a hobbyist store. From the bikes, to the dirty birdcage. 2) The quality of the products is questionable at best. The items are not stored properly, often in a pile inside or outside of the store. The items themselves are often damaged. I had purchased a preowned switch lite on layaway which was scratched and it took over a month to get a different one. 3) The service is terrible because you will be in an incredibly confined location surrounded by junk and she will spend 30 minutes helping the customer who came in after you before helping you. You will also wait for an incredibly long time (weeks to months) to get anything if you try to order it through this store. 4) The pricing is awful. I had asked for an exchange. The original switch lite for a screen protector and a switch lite without scratches, and instead I received, paying well over an additional $90, a cheap rubber casing I didn't ask for, rubber skin for the switch lite which I didn't ask for, a micro SD card, and the replacement switch. You will pay next to full price for used items. 5) THERE ARE FAKES SOLD HERE. The micro-SD card I mentioned in #5 was not the 256 GB listed, but a fake which was around 10 GB at best. It corrupted my save data and has forced me to abandon long-term saves (playing for months) for Animal Crossing New Horizons and more. When confronted she only gave me $30 (out of the aforementioned $90) and I was forced to purchase a functional micro-SD card elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.

Paid for an extra half hour... the staff said that it was for getting ready to leave. I…read morespecifically paid for an extra 30 minutes and I had it on my invoice. They said that when booking it tells me what I'm getting- I swear it didn't say anything about pay it for the extra time they spend setting up and leaving. I had 3:30-6 pm reserved. They started packing up at 5 pm! Also they don't have a hotspot so there is no way of playing games like Fortnite or Roblox. They didn't mention this ahead of time. Other companies have this as a standard feature. They were rude and tried to get me to pay an extra $200 for more time. Don't recommended very disappointed. The company praises military but we are a military family and they screwed is

I scheduled to have this party from 2pm to 4pm, he stated that he will more than likely be at my…read morehouse by 1:30pm to set up. However, he didn't arrive until 2pm, I called prior 3X's he sent me to voicemail. I texted him, he responded I'm on my way at 1:45pm, and I replied "please let me know when you're on your way so that I can move the cars that I had parked" until he arrived, he didn't reply. He finally arrived at 2pm, once they arrived, we were all rushing to move 3 separate cars, once he finally parked his 70ft Ultimate Gaming Truck he put it in park, and we thought the party would start with 5-10 minutes after he arrived, but it ended up taking alittle over 30 minutes. He couldn't get his truck to start back up, he opened up his rusted pick up truck's hood & kept it open & instead of informing us of the technical difficulties, he asked if we had an outside plug out of our house so that he can plug his gaming trailer to generate the electricity to his truck. I told him that I was unaware that he would need to use my electricity for his gaming system, bc I was already hosting a huge party inside the house (as well) he said that he wouldn't be using my electricity he just needed it to generate the system and that once it's kicking that he will unplug right after. They finally got everything to work at 2:30, he said that he'll extend the party an extra 30 minutes I informed him that this is a kids party and it'll be dark 4:45pm and I would prefer the kids to be inside the house by then, but I was like okay cool whatever that works. At 3pm the electricity in the downstairs area shuts down in the house, we didn't think anything of it bc we were under the impression that they removed the extension cord that they had plugged up to start the generator in the first place. We just thought that there was just a lot going on due to the amount of people that were in it. At 4:05pm the electricity shuts off AGAIN!!!! But for the entire home that's when I came outside and one of his son's snuck to unplug the extension cord plugged up to the outside of the home, I approached him about it, and he said that we needed to generate the truck bc his truck had broke down and that because it was so cold outside it was having a hard time generating itself (mind u 45 degrees, not freezing). I reminded him that in the beginning of the party you stated that you only needs to generate to get everything started. But now you're telling me that you've needed it the entire time??!!!. I feel as though you should've allowed me to make that choice on my own now my electric bill is going to be through the roof. I would've cancelled the entire game truck surprise bc most of the kids were playing b-ball in the drive way and the other half were having a Beyblades Tournament in the house. There were only about 6 kids on the gaming bus. The party was over at 4:30, so I never got my whole 2hours, I paid full price $426.00. I gathered a total of 20 children (ages 7-10) and got them all a pixie stick $2.99 each. He didn't offer any discounts, for the time not used, due any inconvenience. The owner of the beat up truck didn't have great social skills, he didn't look like he even showered he was on his phone the majority of the time. His teenagers were the ones assisting the few children that were on the trailer. I feel as though, with great customer service, he would've won me over, but with the lack of communication, this experience was trash and next time I will use ANOTHER GAMING BUS.
