The employee who helped me was named Cam. I went to GameStop today to do a trade in so that I could get the Switch 2. Cam went above and beyound to help me. He was pleasant and very understanding and when I left my new Switch 2 was ready to go. I also observed him helping others with the same respect, he even contacted the manager for help for my transaction and another customer that came in. Always a good experience at this location, employees take care of you, find hard to find games/items, and its clean there.

They seem to be good at having at least a few copies of brand new releases even for people that didn't pre-order with them.

the workers here are assholes and talk down to you. They never have shit and the workers act like they don't wanna actually help you

HORRIBLE. i went in yesterday to sell some games. when i walked in nobody was there except 1 cashier , a caucasian woman with glasses and straight long hair. usually i'm satisfied with gamestop as i usually rarely go in there. i stood in a line just me in the store for 12 minutes while she was on the phone. i didn't get a greeting or a "i'll help u in a minute ma'am" or "can i put you on hold for a second". get your employees to PROPERLY hold the business down when u aren't there. will not be going back. read more

The hours at every GameStop confuse me. Some stay open til 10 pm. Some stay open til 9. Others stay open til 8:30. Just call before you go and double check. This GameStop is organized. The workers are helpful and always greet customers. They have everything organized pretty well. New and used are easy to decipher. Games are separated by system and then if you can't find something they will look it up for you. I've always been happy with the service at this location. Also sign up for the membership if you can. Trash customer service , guy tells me he can't do trade in cause my 4 year old ps4 got wear and tear. They want everything prestige condition. So if your game system even has a slightest scratch do not even bother these people won't take it. Don't waste your time here read more

I went in to see if they could replace the XBox stereo headset I purchased two months ago. They referred me to XBox support and told me it should be replaced through the warranty. They were nice and happy to assistant me on the process. read more

This store is absolutely AWFUL! They do not answer the phone although I called them 10 times, I waited in line for 20 minutes when 3 employees had to check out ONE CUSTOMER, and they were of ZERO help when I was requesting assentence in finding a game. The customer service at this location was superb! I took on a spontaneous errand for my twenty year old son, which was to run to Game Stop before they closed, purchase the season pass for Battlefield 1, then call him across town to give home the code. Well, I left home at 8:30pm to get to this particular location before they closed, but I forgot my cell phone.... I rushed in and explained that I needed to use their landline and purchase the season pass; however, I wasn't sure if it was Battlefield 1 or 4 when I arrived. People flooded in behind me before closing but the gentleman was patient while I called my son and then called my son back with the code; plus my mother who I didn't want to worry because she has Alzheimer's and couldn't reach me if needed for this period of time. Plus, he looked up my son's GameStop membership, too. He even said don't loose the receipt with the code because pulling that up later is not possible. This gamestop happens to be the closest to my house but frankly it's very hit and miss. Some employees will seem very knowledgable about new products and incoming release dates while others don't know anything or pretend to not know anything in the subject. My experience with other gamestops is that they know roughly within a day or two of when they are gonna get a shipment of popular items and are notified via their inventory system. For instance I can call and ask about a new product and be given the answer "I don't know when we will be getting any in" to showing up 2 days later or even the very next day to seeing said item(s) in store. I get if the incoming stock is only to fill preorders but at least telling us that is better than pretending you have no clue that you work in a video game store! I will say that there is like 2 employees here that are amazing at what they do and next time I stop by I will remember their names so they know they are doing a great job! read more

I always go here for games, I always go to the midnight launch for call of duty. And etc. But I love the stuff they have. Sometimes I can't find the right games I wanted but it's alright. I had traded my ps3 and all my games, easy transaction. Great people. read more
