Over all just horrible service and made my brother feel really bad over some Pokémon but it says 6+ on the box just horrible horribly horrible service.

My daughter and I went into this location today to trade in two X-boxes. We had a digital 1TB…read moreconsole and a disc 2TB console. We also brought in the cords and two controls. We were told we would get $110 per console if it wasn't defective. Onyx could not find the Xbox to trade in and had to call her manager. We were told that Xbox did not make a 2TB Xbox; I said they did, and she fought me on it. I said fine. Onyx did not run diagnostics on the consoles. All she did was plug it in to see if they worked. I wasn't going to trade in the controllers, but I was told I had to no matter what, and she put the consoles as defective. I later learned that she was supposed to run diagnostics on the consoles. Needless to say, I was upset. She also kept complaining that she was tired and couldn't function. She didn't even know how to put the batteries in the controllers. She kept putting them backward and said the controllers did not work, so she would have to mark the wholesale as defective. I was confused about that because we have traded in just a console in the past without controllers. She was defensive with me and would not give me back my stuff. As we were getting our final quote, she said she didn't know if she messed up the price, didn't bother to double-check, and then blamed it on the tax. We walked away with $42.26 for both consoles. I called her manager, Nathan, and he told me that Xbox did not make a 2TB for this specific console. Guess what? Nathan, you are not very smart. A dumbass to the highest degree! They did, and they discontinued them. Don't lie to your customers. I was also told nothing could be done since the transaction was over. Nathan was also preoccupied, and I asked him If I was taking him away from something; he told me no but continued not to care what I had to say. I asked if I could speak to his manager, and he told me he would pass on my information. I asked him to repeat what I said because I didn't believe he wrote them down. Nathan also chuckled when I asked to speak to his manager, and he acted like it was inconvenient. I am highly frustrated with all of this, and I am sure Nathan's manager will not call me. Nathan you want to tell me again these weren't made. https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2016/08/02/xbox-one-s-2tb-available-now/ Xbox One S 2TB Launch Edition is Available Now Will Tuttle (He/Him), Xbox Wire Editor in Chief Published August 2, 2016 Today is the day - Xbox One S has arrived.
