The last time I went in to sell, it did take a few minutes to get an employees attention to check my items in, but it wasn't a super big deal. I had a receipt. She indicated that I needed to contact Lego to exchange the product or obtain a piece. I told her that was in conflict with what was listed on the company website. She proceeded to tell me I was incorrect and told me that I needed to pull up the company website and show her. I indicated to her that she should be versed in her job and that it was not my place to show her what the company website showed. I left the product on the counter and walked out. Time before last I was in and found some art magazines that are expensive new but I picked them up for $3 each, I was pretty happy with that. They not only have magazines, they have dvd's, music, journals (new), and all manor of other items related to reading such as bookmarks, stickers, pens, etc. They are usually pretty busy and typically have a couple cashiers at checkout and also a few at the book sells check-in counter so they are pretty good at getting you through the line when you are ready to go. If you are like me then you may be in there for several hours. I will continue to stop in to see what goodies they have.
