Ever since I can remember, my experiences at this GameStop have been overwhelmingly positive, save one time that a salesperson (who no longer works there) spent around 10 minutes trying to get a guy to preorder something. Another gripe I have is the parking lot design with limited space, but I guess that's not really under their control here. They usually have the items I'm looking for, and if they don't, they try hard to find one in a nearby store (and even asked them to hold one for me). Traci, Scott, and the others are the reason that I shop at GameStop in spite of their corporate practices.

And not only do they sell them but they also trade and buy old consoles and accessories. I ended up not finding the game I went looking for but I did end up buying a Kinect for my Xbox at $20.00 which was a beyond fair price. Then I got some games to go with it and ended up spending $40 or so in total. Positives: they cleaned every used disk before they gave it to you, staff friendly, good selection of oldies, 90 day warranty on most electronics, and a 24 hour game exchange if the one you got you don't end up liking. Negatives: refund only through store credit or same item (not really a problem though considering all the cons, but it seemed important to mention)
