The staff are always really friendly and can find whatever your looking for right away. They host gaming tournaments and it's great to know there is a brick and mortar store locally you can trust to buy out of normal circulation games. Every game I have bought from here has worked. Many of the more collectible games are kept in display cases based on the titles notererity rightfully so. However Super Mario RPG or Link To The Past are not on my list of games to acquire. My dream collection is something much more ambiguous. I'm trying to build a huge collection of bad games. Say what you will, it a lot easier to build up a collection of losers than winners. There is a method to my rambling and madness! Games are organized into platform, and sorted by title. Most pre disc games are sold as loose cartridges, my only complaint is that not everything is priced. And not all accessories can be found easily but I guess that's part of the hobby.

It's a trip into the past. There's a great selection of tapes, DVDs, Blu-ray. There's both classic and new releases, I saw they had the latest Avatar movie on Blu-ray, which I saw in theaters not too long ago. There's also videogames as well, from Wii to PS4. DPS also offers computer repair and sells movies and games as well. This place is a gem. There was a movie I couldn't find on streaming and from the 90s, so it'd never be at Redbox. I found it here! Rented it for a couple bucks, just like the good old days. Being able to browse the varied selection is something I really miss from the 90s, and I'm glad that a place like this is still around. Bull Moose Music moved from its former smaller store in Sanford to a bigger plaza space at…read moreBiddeford Crossing. This bigger space was once a Nonesuch Books. This new employee owned Bull Moose store is way less cramped than its former Sanford location, where I've shopped for music a long way back. This store had their grand opening a few months ago. Like its old location except more spread out inside, the Biddeford location offers a pretty good selection of new and used music, movies, video games, and books to choose from. The store is well organized nicely by sections with vinyl records, books, CDs, video games, DVDs, Blu-rays and miscellaneous items in between. The music is organized by genre alphabetically with a mix of new and used CDs, They also carry used cassettes ($3 each) underneath the old vinyls. The prices including the sale prices here are very competitive to the online music stores. The Bull Moose website is a good place to search and find which stores have your item or title in stock. They also do special orders and accept used music, movies, and video games for $$$ if in good condition. I spotted several used CDs from 20 years ago being sold for as low as $2.97, which I have in my personal collection and are no longer made. As a holder of the Bull Moose Music FBC (Freakin' Buyers Card), I earn points with each purchase here and receive the Bull Moose Music weekly emails with their e-sales flyers, new releases, promotions, and events (chainwide). IMO, the new Biddeford Bull Moose location is a great improvement to the older cramped location, though it's not as big as the Scarborough Superstore location.

Obviously you're not going to get eBay-type prices, but this goes for any physical store selling items like this. Core Gaming's prices are very fair when compared to other stores of this type. I love searching around in bargain bins of N64 games and things like that, and this place had well organized bargain bins. WELL ORGANIZED BARGAIN BINS. That sounds like an oxymoron, but I assure you it is not. The location is good. The parking lot can be a bear to get in and out of at certain times of day, but I assure you that this is the fault of the city of Salem NH and not of Core Gaming.
