I was all motivated to get an old Just Dance game for my regular Wii so i looked online and saw they had a few in. I went in and they checked their systems saying they should have some that I was looking for. I ended up getting a used game and their promotion was "buy two used get one free" at the time so I was like, sure why not? I picked out my first two games pretty easily. When I was looking for the third to get the promotion, every single game I wanted for the wii was missing. I had to go through 5 games that they ended up finding out the no longer had. The woman behind the counter was super apologetic and very kind about it. She didn't make me feel bad about buying old Wii games either, which some stores have. So I did end up finding a newer version of something I wanted and she gave me a little discount which was super sweet and helped. If a Destiny is there, walk out. She is both rude and lazy. She rang up my trade in, and I wondered why it was so low. It was because she didn't use the power up and she missed a game. So I ended up giving GameStop a free game. Oh this is not advertised, but if you trade in a console, you have to make sure it is updated to the most current update. You cannot do this in the store, because their internet is ridiculously slow. This has to be one of the worst GameStop's I have been to. I will go to the Central Park location just to avoid the bad customer service at this location. It is a shame, because it is much closer to my house. read more

This GameStop needs to be investigated for stealing there customer power up points somehow cause I almost had enough points to renew my account in its wiped out all the points are gone in nobody else I know go to gamestop. Took my iPhone 6 Plus in to trade in today for the $175 special that they had going on. My phone was in perfect condition and in an expensive case to avoid wear and tear, and bending. The morning manager there looked over my phone for a few minutes before holding it up and saying that it was bent. I asked him to show me the phone again to see for myself and after close examination could not find the bend that he was talking about. He told me "that's what the iPhones do". Then offered me a partial payment. I declined and took my phone to AT&T. AT&T said there was no bend in the phone and gave me $200 for it. Avoid this location for iPhone trade ins as the Android fan boy manager will try to rip you off. read more

I am severely unhappy, I have reserved copies before and never had any problems. I resevered a copy of Red Redemption 2 special edition with the loot crate. I was making payments and my mother was going to finish them to buy it for my birthday this year. I recieved no call about it being ready to pick up or being available. When I went buy today I found out not only did they sell my special edition they were sold out of the game. The store did nothing to make amends didn't call around didn't offer any discounts on the game when it returns. The special edition was rare I chose it for such reasons. They did offer a refund as the little bit they could do. I will be purchasing my game from other establishments. Very disappointed. I am inclined to cancel my long term membership I have had with them. I will stick with amazon prime it tends to be cheaper and they look out for their customers. I will recommend all my friends to leave the world of Game Stop behind and embrace Amazon. read more
