We called ahead and they had the game we were looking for, so we took the drive to Gainesville. They are located in a strip mall (i believe near a walmart). The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and busy. My teenage son even said "hey, this store is nice mom!! ". We had fun walking around shopping (video games for every system, t-shirts, collectibles, Pokemon and Yugioh cards), stuffed animals, etc. etc. Check it out, its a very nice clean fun store!

I Walked in with a simple question in mind, "Are you currently taking PS5 preorders" as I walked…read morein, a employee named Brain, behind the register and face shield asked if I had a Mask, I stated "oh sorry I forgot, I have one in the car, standing at the entrance, I said I'm not looking to shop around, I just had a quick question, so are you guys currently accepting PS5 preorders, Brain said Facemask, I said I understand I'll get one it was a quick question, brain kept only saying face mask, face mask , over and over even cutting me off multiple times mid sentence and even raising his voice over mine, just to repeat face mask. I work it a place where facemask are also required , but we greet the customer at a safe distance , acknowledge that we can help them, and then ask politely ask if they can wear a face mask, if they have a question instead of trying to look around, we quickly answer it so we and the customer can move forward, Brain was extremely rude, and used this situation as a power trip, He needs to be properly trained on how to handle customer interactions in regards to policy around face masks, like kindly setting expectations, acknowledging request , sympathizing , and Strategically preventing escalations. To prevent escalations or portraying the sense of rudeness , he could have answered and can continue assisting me after I get a face mask and state "but in regards to you question yes or no". Following this interaction I got my face mask from my car and I came back in just for him to answer in 1 quick word, NO. Very unprofessional and irritating interaction, with this employee, other interactions with other employee's here before have been great, and kind, just not with brain.

Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

They weren't as helpful as he'd hoped so he took a chance and went to Cellltronics. Amazingly enough they were not only able to repair his phone for a reasonable price in a timely manner, but the owner's wife delivered it to our shop for us! I know that delivery isn't something they probably typically do, but they went the extra mile and we definitely appreciate it!
