I called the store the day before visiting to ask how much trade-in credit I could receive for my Xbox. The employee answered my questions, but despite it only being around 7:00 p.m. and the posted online closing time being 9:00 p.m., I was advised to come back the following day. I arrived the next evening at approximately 8:00 p.m., right after work, only to be told that the store had already closed and that the hours listed online were incorrect. The situation gave me the impression that the employees simply did not want to process my trade-in. Fortunately, I went to the Best Buy next door, where the staff gladly assisted me. They offered me a reasonable **$125 in trade-in credit**, which I used toward the purchase of a new PS5. Businesses lose customers and sales when their posted hours are inaccurate and employees appear unwilling to assist customers during advertised operating hours. Management should ensure the online information is correct and that customers receive consistent service. read more

Are you still love coming in here in the atmosphere used to be really great but like as of lately there's like absolutely no product in the customer. Service is absolutely horrible. The manager who I know owns all of the locations seems to be the only person here and also the worst one yet because even her employees are nicer than she is, I asked to put a hold on for an item that was Bogo free just a 24 hour hold like normal and it's OK if I couldn't but she acted like it was a stupid thing for me to even ask gave me absolute sass, even though her employee had told me that we have done holds before at this location, which I understand if it was a complete mistake that's all good but the fact that even want to get a hold was bad like what is the deal? There were really nice people that used to work there there were even a couple guys that used to work there they were pretty chill, but like I guess she ran all of them off because, there's no product anymore. The entire place looks like it's about to shut down and they're pennies enough to wear $10 hold for 24 hours probably not even that would put them over on their limit of how much they can actually help customers on the daily I also noticed that the one over at the mall of Georgia that she also owns the customer service is kind of lacking but honestly, I don't blame anybody but her because she sucks the air out of the atmosphere. I don't even know the ladies name I know from interaction with her that I don't want any of the GameStop that she owns God in flowery branch is far away to wear. This used to be my go to GameStop, but over the last year or so, it's been on a steep decline with its shitty employee choices. Stopped in last night to pick up a game with my wife, we waited with no employee in sight for what felt like 15 or so minutes. Yelled "excuse me" at least 3 or 4 times and got nothing. Finally stepped to the back door because we thought we heard something and dudes posted in the back watching Anime I could hear the music and voices through the door. It was also loud enough for us to hear at the front of the store which probably explains why he couldn't hear us. After the 5th & louder "excuse me" he finally stepped out saying "sorry I was catching up on work" listen I understand fucking off at work in your downtime. But from a former retail manager, do it where you can still pay attention to any customers walking in, not completely unaware of your store like a jackass. My wife and I could've loaded our hands up with shit and walked out with no resistance. He then proceeded to catch an attitude when I told him how long we'd been waiting and that it was super unprofessional. Some other dickhead could've given you a real nasty time over this. Like I said this store has gotten significantly worse with its lackluster and incompetent employees over the last year. I'll be shopping at a different GameStop until you eventually go out of business. read more

This location is by far the worst gamestop location I have ever been to. The staff is never professional toward me. There is usually an older gentleman working when I go in and he always has an attitude toward me. He seems like he hates his job and doesn't want to be there. He acts like it's an inconvenience for him to be helping me with something. The other staff is better then he is. But they are still nowhere near as professional as other locations. I live 3 miles from this location but I still drive to the pleasent hill location for anything I need. Which is about 10 times the distance, but worth every mile. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Let me tell you a story. On Oct 8th I went to this GameStop and ordered a PS4 through the associate. They processed my order and took my payment via debit card. On Oct 9th I got an email saying my order had been cancelled. I called the store and they said it was out of there control and I needed to call customer service. I called customer service and he told me the store didn't process the order correctly, but he was very helpful and got my order placed for the PS4. Later on the 9th I got another email saying my payment didn't process. When I called customer service again they said everything looked good and it was processing. On Oct 10th and 11th I got the same email saying my payment didn't process and I called both times and the rep both times said everything was fine. On the 12th I called again and this time the rep was extremely helpful. She got the order placed from the 9th to go through which I had to pay for a second time. She then processed an expedited refund request for my first order. So now I'm into GameStop for $600 and have nothing to show for it, but I feel good after this conversation. I received a confirmation for my second order and received the PS4 on the 15th. I called on the 14th and 15th and also emailed customer service about my refund for the first order and got two completely different answers. Via the phone conversations the reps said the refund has been processed and I have to wait 3-5 business days from the 12th which means I would get my refund by the 19th. Ok, fine, frustrating but at least it's an answer. However, from my conversations via email they are saying they can't and have not processed a refund request and I need to go to the store of purchase and get a refund request through them and wait another 3-5 business days. Now I'm livid and waiting for a response from the email team about which it is. Oh and top of it I asked to speak to a supervisor on the 13th and 15th and was told they would call back in 24-48 hours. Guess what!! If you guessed no phone call, you would be right!!! I will continue to update this review as I get more information. But the lesson is to NEVER, order things through the store. read more
